Ashley was a great help to my wife. Her original shipment went to the wrong address and Ashley had it replaced in no time! Also promised to do some coaching for the rep who said he changed the shipping address but had not! Ashley was wonderful!!!

If you need any help ask for Julie! She will be your go to! She provided me with a diet overview, education, hooked me up with a physician that’s trustworthy, knowledgeable and made sure to get me right on track to get closer to my goals. 10/10 would recommend!!

Everyone has been pleasant, upbeat and kind but Julie was awesome in FINALLY figuring out an ongoing problem I had with 2 separate profiles… just a real headache that none of the previous consultants could successfully address. Thanks for all the sincere attempts by everyone but Julie is perfect for her escalation role!

I am very pleased so far, it is very easy to communicate with company 24/7. Christian called me after I was approved and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The doctor was very thorough with my health history and my family’s history. The price is manageable and does not increase so i appreciate that there are no surprises

I’ve lost 35 pounds on semaglutide since october '24, and I and my pcp couldn’t be happier with my results! The whole experience has been so much better than I expected. The doctors, nurses, and even the customer service team have all been super helpful and kind. Anytime I had a question, someone was there to walk me through it. I was a little nervous about doing everything online, but they made it feel easy, secure, and totally legit. You can tell they totally care about making this a positive experience.

My medication insurance will not cover the medicine which is very upsetting. Therefore I am going to try this company which I researched as one of the more affordable ones. I had my virtual visit with the Dr. Which was so knowledgeable and nice. I submitted my labs then the team called me back right away. Christian was a true Angel so patient to explaining what my options were. So far so good. It has been a really good efficient process. Wish me luck!
