I was having issues with the on line form and reaching someone who could assist me to get my medicine. I spoke to a representative named, Ashley, I was very happy with her. We got the order done, quick and she also let me know how the medicine was going to change in compound. Overall once I got Ashley it was smooth sailing. Thanks

Always ready to help...med delivery driven thru survey completion each time so there's no excess serum ...use it then order refill. Physicians are helpful and timely with the tele doc appointments. Wish it were cheaper...

Ashley is wonderful! She answered all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable and is sincere in helping me through this journey.

I was calling in about the dosage and thought I was not sent enough medication but she carefully explained how I had enough medication and calmed me down. My heart was racing because I thought I had messed up. She is so good and sweet and made sure I did not have any other questions. I did about what kinds of food I could eat before exercising and she is having someone call me. She gave me Excellent care !!!
