A good while ago I was using Bioverse. The shipments were always delayed and only after I inquired multiple times. And forget getting an LTR for your FSA. I requested multiple times and ultimately had to pay a large sum of money at the end of the year.
LifeRX however is the completely opposite experience. They have exceptional customer service and quick deliveries. I requested an LTR for the new year and got a personal text message within an hour they had sent the request. They are legit and exceptional. Everyone I’ve spoken to is so nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is that since costs are decreasing, theirs are not. But then they also don’t have a ridiculous membership fee. Some of them (Ro) are quite expensive.

James was very helpful in helping me untangle a mess that I was in. I can tell that he is very dedicated to customer service, something that is rare these days. He never rushed me, and made sure that all my questions were answered.

LifeRX has been a wonderful tool in my weight loss journey. I had lots of questions, especially on the day where it was time to reorder. Ashley was a huge help and answered all of my questions! She took the time to explain in detail, all of my questions and concerns! Ashley was great and LifeRX is a game changer! If you are thinking about starting your weight loss journey, I would highly recommend LifeRX!

First time with LifeRx. The telephone support was great. After switching from another GLP-1 provider I had questions on dosage. Gabriel Moreno was EXTREMELY helpful and explained how the dosages work. (My last provider sent me single dose vials, where LifeRx sent me a readable vial so I had questions on what units of measurement because the syringes we different units of measurement than what I had before.) 10/10 recommend!
