All of the personnel were very personal and professional. The problem we were having to get corrected required more than a single trip and also coordination with a plumbing contractor. A lot of siding had to be removed to repair a problem with a drain pipe in our internal system. Everything was well organized. The crew made sure there were no messes left behind as each step of the project progressed. If we had questions, they had answers. When the work was completed, after new siding had been installed and painted, we could not even tell that work had been done. The new siding had exactly the same appearance as the siding that did not have to be disturbed. WAS quoted $4900. I have no doubt that is what I would have been charged if I accepted. I had every reason to, they were a DKI contractor recommended by insurance. I contacted the claims adjuster and when it was all over and done with, $2700. The work itself was fine except for the garage door not working although it worked perfectly fine before the work began. The job supervisor claimed he was a garage door installer for many years and blamed the failure on the water damage that occurred 3 months prior. Best to replace it. He even checked the outlet. But he never inspected the system yet had the skills, so he claimed. Turns out the garage door didn't respond because of cut wires to a sensor and mis-wiring of the garage door circuits. June 2 was not a good day for me but I got better when Bance arrived at my home and tarped the back of my home plus the destroyed porch. Vance, Chpe, James and another gentleman whose name I can’t remember were always busy doing their jobs. They were skilled and friendly and always polite. I had water damage in my home and Level Creek restored my home above my expectations. Their employees were very respectful and courteous while in my home. I am very pleased with the way things turned out except one thing, my 55 inch television was broken by their contents team. The reason why I still gave five stars is because Bruce, the content manager went above and beyond the contractual agreement to replace my TV. I have worked with Level Creek twice within the last 3 years. My first experience with them was great. This last experience was horrible. I had a water loss and my insurance paid out to have the entire floors done. Level creek hired a contractor who did patch work and did not replace all of the flooring which was evident from the furniture discoloration. The owner did take ownership of the lack of honesty that occurred; and the floors were redone. Andy was bent on using the same contractor who kept trying to cut corners needless to say they had to remove the flooring 3 times one of which the padding was put down on the wrong side. The process took over 2 months for a job that was maybe 2 weeks. The owner is more concerned about the money than the quality of work done and the satisfaction of his customers. I have used Level Creek twice now. The first time was to restore a portion of a roof and gutters after a tree fell on my house during an ice storm in early 2015. The second time was around late 2017 after my roof had been damaged by a couple of tropical storms that had come through our area. They had to replace the entire roof this time. In both cases the personnel I worked with were efficient and professional and completed the job quickly. The prices were fair and they worked well with my insurance company.
