I experienced a water leak that damaged my home, starting from my 2nd floor bathroom which traveled downstairs to my den (Women's Cave) laundry room and kitchen which caused major damage and disorder in my home over several months. My insurance company Allstate gave me the choice of getting the check myself or choosing a company to manage the project and oversee the repairs. I chose the latter option. I was assigned Level Creek Property Restoration Co. and Chris Webb was my project manager. From my initial meeting with Chris he discovered there were missing repairs that needed to be included in my claim and HE would communicate them to my Allstate claim adjuster. Very unprofessional!!
I Had a leak needing an estimate. My Insurance informed that I could get a contractor on the "approved contractor" list and any other contractor to quote for work, once my claim was approved I was free to use whatever contractor I wanted.
Over the course of 12 days the contractor came to take photos to support the claim. Then every second day sent me messages to chase the claim, ask where the insurance was with it, wanted to speak to my insurance rep and asked for their number. This felt like hounding me.
