I experienced a water leak that damaged my home, starting from my 2nd floor bathroom which traveled downstairs to my den (Women's Cave) laundry room and kitchen which caused major damage and disorder in my home over several months. My insurance company Allstate gave me the choice of getting the check myself or choosing a company to manage the project and oversee the repairs. I chose the latter option. I was assigned Level Creek Property Restoration Co. and Chris Webb was my project manager. From my initial meeting with Chris he discovered there were missing repairs that needed to be included in my claim and HE would communicate them to my Allstate claim adjuster. Very unprofessional!!
I Had a leak needing an estimate. My Insurance informed that I could get a contractor on the "approved contractor" list and any other contractor to quote for work, once my claim was approved I was free to use whatever contractor I wanted.
Over the course of 12 days the contractor came to take photos to support the claim. Then every second day sent me messages to chase the claim, ask where the insurance was with it, wanted to speak to my insurance rep and asked for their number. This felt like hounding me.

I recently discovered mold under my kitchen sink. Not sure what to do i contacted Travis Surls from Level Creek Property Restoration. He came out the same day I called. He checked the area under my sink and verified I had mold. Having never had this issue before, I had no idea what to do and I had quite a few questions. Travis answered each one of them. He was patient and very helpful. I've contacted him several times with more questions and advice and he has always called me back. We had a flooded upstairs bathroom that caused quiet a bit of damage on multiple levels of the home. Biggest damage was caused to our hardwood flooring on the main level of the house. Instead of dealing with multiple sub contractors myself for the demo, drywall, tile work, hardwood repair, refinish, painting, etc I decided to let Level Creek handle all of it as recommended by our adjuster at Travellers Insurance. We experienced a water pipe leak in our guest room closet. It’s amazing that only a tiny pin point leak can result in damage to carpet and walls. Andy and his team came to our home to start mitigation. The mitigation crew cut out damaged walls and pulled up wet carpet. The crew kept everything organized and clean. Andy recommended a plumber that was able to identify and fix the pipe leak. Andy and his team were very responsive and kept us updated every step of the mitigation process. We begin the restoration process tomorrow. We are glad to be working with Level Creek Property Restoration.

Right before the Christmas holidays, I experienced a flood on my main level that traveled down to my finished basement as well. I was beyond distraught as I had recently had my entire 1st floor hardwoods refinished. With the recommendation from my insurance co (Travelers - who was GREAT btw), I selected Level Creek Property Restoration to manage the project and complete the repairs.
