This place is great. Everyone here is very helpful and take very good care of you. Stacey the nutritionist answered all our questions and is quick to answer emails. Julio the valet is fantastic and speaks clear English and is very helpful translating as some of the nurses speak only Spanish. The surgeon even come in to check on you. As a companion they treat you well and make you comfortable. There is Netflix and ductless air conditioning in the rooms

Everything went smoothly as soon as I got off the plane! Was picked right up and brought to the hotel then picked early for the hospital. Everything went quick as soon as we got here. All preops done then whisked away for surgery. Everyone has been very kind and helpful! I’m currently 1 day post op and going really well. Happy I decided to come to Hospital BC!

We flew all the way from Florida to come get the gastric sleeve with Dr. Illian since we had heard so many great reviews and only amazing things about him as surgeon and the hospital. We have been amazed at how well we have been taken care of for our stay here. The staff is amazing and gives you A+ care. All was better then expected, from pick up to airport to hotel to hospital. The concierge are fantastic.
No regrets

I had nothing but a good experience from start to finish. Alex was very courteous on the phone when I called to book my appointment and he went over my options with me when I explained that I'd prefer to pay cash. I chose to come in the night before my surgery so I wouldn't be so rushed the day of. They booked my hotel for me and all I had to do was pay for it when I arrived, which was less than $100 USD. I travelled from Canada to the USA and then transitioned into Tijuana through San Diego. My driver was on time and was super friendly, pointing out all the sights on the way to the hospital. I was able to get some pre-op testing done the day before as I had arrived early enough. The driver then took me to the hotel and another driver was there to get me in the morning. I had my Dad with me as a companion and he was really impressed with the service as well. They put me up in a double...

Like most, I was nervous about going to Mexico for surgery but from the moment I was picked up in SD I felt safe and important. The drivers, nurses and Dr. Illan were kind and attentive at all times. I wad kept informed about the process and I forever grateful for everything. They truly made me feel like I made the right choice.
