I had surgery yesterday with Dr.Illan and I am grateful for all his team that made me feel at home here at hospital BC. I also want to thank all the nurses and the drivers Beto and Fernando for being so attentive to anything we needed !

This is an amazing experience - 5 stars! Wonderful treatment, amazing staff who truly care for you (Beto is incredible)! This was truly a great experience from beginning to end - immaculate, modern, and comfortable hospital staffed with gentle, caring nurses, doctors, and staff. You won’t regret it!

I booked a bariatric surgery at this hospital 5 years after a close friend of mine had her gastric sleeve surgery, and her results were wildly successful. She had only good things to say, so I started my own independent research. What I found was the vast majority of reviews of this hospital, of the staff, and of surgeon, Dr. Jalil Illan, we’re exceptional. All of the communications I had from the moment I contacted them 4 months ago, to the follow-ups, and to meeting everyone in person for the first time, did not disappoint. The surgeon himself is probably the friendliest, most empathetic and caring doctor I have ever met. All of the doctors here have similar personalities. The nurses and all of the staff have been treasures. The only goal that any of these people have had in my entire stay here, has been my wellness, my comfort, and the assurance of an amazing and positive future...

Just had my surgery yesterday post op was tough with the nausea but the nurses kept giving me anti nausea medication and that helped!! This am I woke up feeling so much better. Our luggage was lost through spirit and Luis the driver went and picked it up and when I got into the room after surgery, he had brought it to our room. Beto is extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable and he’s just great all around very friendly and makes you feel like you’re at home. Dr Illin is so caring nice and all my anxiety left once I met him before surgery. I am ready for my journey and my new lifestyle.. I was so scared but so happy i did this!!!

Top rate facility. Staff go out of their way to help and truly care about their patients. Fred and Beto are the best. All the nursing staff take pride in going above and beyond. Dr Illian and his team deserve all the accolations they have earned. Highly recommended to anyone travelling for surgery.

Cannot say enough good about this organization. Beto always made me feel safe and taken care of. He went out of his way to make me laugh and comfortable. Thankful God put him with me during this process!

Such a great experience thus far. So pleased with the cleanliness, the hospitality, the kindness and care from EVERYONE, from our driver LUIS who picked us up at the airport, BETO who has made sure all of our needs are met, our super sweet overnight nurse DIEGO and of course DR. ILLAN who is just the kindest man. The definitely make sure to take care of the patient. Hospital & Hotel accommodations are nice and clean, and just a very short distance from each other.

Hospital BC, Dr. Illan and all the staff are incredible. The facility is immaculate, and they make you feel like part of the family. Special thanks to Dr. Illan for answering all my questions and taking such good care of me, all the nurses for their round the clock care and Beto for being there when we needed anything!

Care has been outstanding. Beto has been very helpful. Check in preOp could improve. Took over 5 hours after traveling all day which was hard on everyone who was on clear liquids, and their companions, who hadn’t eaten all day.

The sleeping arrangements in the rooms for the companions needs to improve the beds are too small for people to sleep on and be comfortable.

Overall I would recommend based on being affordable, and not difficult to travel to. I have known many friends have come to Hospital BC and experienced great success. I’m looking forward to my new lifestyle and the journey to come.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would for sure! Everyone has been so wonderful, and they’ve made the process so smooth and easy. From communications before hand, to the airport and pickup, all the way through surgery and recovery. Beto has been so great about making sure I’m taken care of and have gotten VIP treatment. Diego was my nurse for a good part of my stay and made sure I knew and understood what was going on. Dr. Illian was absolutely amazing. He took time to explain results and made sure I knew what was going on! I couldn’t have asked for better!

Staff is some of the nicest people ever, clean facility, great experience overall.

This experience started off great and only got better! From the moment I sent an inquiry, I was assigned an incredible Patient Care Representative that walked me through everything and shared their personal experiences. Every step involved people who were so kind and patient. This place feels like one big family and is honestly the best care I’ve received in hospital. Not to mention how beautiful and comfortable the facility is. I couldn’t be happier and totally recommend Hospital BC to everyone interested.

This experience was top notch! I'm so happy with my decision to go with Dr. Illan. Sal our driver was amazing. Beto is practically the face of the hospital and he's great at his job. They go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of. I'm leaving one happy patient!!

Enjoyed my experience at Hospital BC. The doctors and staff are attentive to all your needs. The hospital is really nice and clean. Overall had a excelente experience.

My visit to the hospital has been much better than any expectations set. All the staff has been super helpful and friendly. They truly make you feel like family. Beto, who took me back to surgery and helped through out the stay is always positive and made the experience fun and enjoyable. All the transport personnel were friendly and very informative. Everyone answered any questions I had which left no doubt about the surgery or my stay. I would definitely recommend Hospital BC to anyone looking into Bariatric Surgery.

My experience here was a great one! The pain after was a little rough, but they did a great job making me a comfortable as possible. Any anxiety I had before the procedure they did their best to calm and were there to support me. Beto was awesome at helping keep me as calm as possible and kept us laughing throughout our visit. I will definitely be recommending Hospital BC to anyone I know who is looking into having weight loss surgery done.

My experience at this hotel was really good and the staff was super attentive and accommodating. They’ve very clean and quick to help you with whatever you need. Dr Ilan comes to talk to you before your procedure which is very calming for those of us who get anxious. Beto was driving us to the hotel and hospital, but he also helped inside the hospital and was incredibly attentive with any need we had.

Nice hospital Beto and Frank are awesome. The Dr and nurses are great. The only downfall is they release you at 6:30 am.

From my pickup at the airport to the staff at the hospital, this has been a wonderful experience. Everyone has made me feel like family as I came by myself. Fred, Beto, and everyone, thank you so much for taking good care of me!!
