Best experience! The nurses are super helpful. The drivers are phenomenal. Dr. Jalil is literally the best at what he does. Just had surgery yesterday and Ive been up and walking since after my surgery. Also… Beto is hilarious! You will really enjoy your experience I promise.

My experience here was awesome and I am very confident that I made the right decision!! Dr. Illan, all the other doctors, nurses, housekeeping, the drivers and of course Beto, who brought me my first meal after surgery 😉, were all wonderful! I felt extremely comfortable and felt like a part of their family! After speaking with Dr. Illan I felt that he truly cared and he commented that he would treat me as his own family and that made me realize that the decision I made was the right one! Everyone was super attentive and supportive and it made the biggest difference since I came alone. Of course I was very scared and nervous but they immediately made me feel at ease! Everyone has a great sense of humor here and you can tell they really love their jobs, that makes the biggest difference when they are providing care. Traveling was not my first option but I am extremely grateful and...

This place was amazing just as all the other reviews mentioned. Clean, attentive, caring, from every single staff especially Beto. He made my stay super comfortable and always checked on me. I’m so glad I picked this hospital and will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants this procedure. I feel safe and's great knowing I was in such good hands.

My experience in this hospital was beyond amazing I highly recommend the doctor and the staff so professional and the drivers very kind and helpful the attention that you get at the facility is 100/10 I felt safe the entire time. Best decision I’ve ever made.

I came alone and I was nervous at first but I enjoyed my time here and the support from the team! The drivers were great! Fred and berto were very funny and kind. Dr ilian was very professional and he made me feel safe and taken care of! 10/10. All of the nurses and doctors were nice as well they listened when I was in pain and gave me the necessary medication and attention everytime I rang for help! I’m glad to have made these steps to change my life!

Great experience. No issues whatsoever. Except the price of medicine. 6 blood thinners 130 dollars. So bring extra cash because there is a 12 percent charge on cards.

Third day post op. I can’t believe how scared and anxiety stricken I was before surgery. The entire facility helped me and comforted me through all of it. Being put under, having surgery, and the aftercare was so beyond the care I’ve ever received in the United States. The extent of pain I thought I was going endure was so over exaggerated in my head,
than the small about of discomfort I felt.
- anything we needed, Beto made sure we were taken care of. Not just me, my husband also (came as my companion).
- Fred and Sal were amazing drivers and great at answering questions. They took us where we needed to be in a timely manner. Even made sure we didn’t miss any appointments by coming by early to make sure we were up.

This hospital is amazing. Robert picked my companion and me up at the airport within 2 minutes of me notifying him. He accompanied us to check in and then put us on the elevator.

The hotel was clean and modern with a bariatric menu as well as a delicious menu for my companion.

I was kept informed via email of when to expect to be picked up the next morning and he was right on time. He accompanied us to registration and then took our bags to our room.

My valet, Beto, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. So kind and so helpful! He was my favorite person there.

Dr. Illan is super nice and charismatic.

The nurses in the recovery area were so sweet as I was very emotional.

Most of the staff speak excellent English.

He helped my husband with the food app. The entire staff was so friendly and kind. It can be scary coming to a new country and dealing with this surgery. I had my surgery done in hospital BC and from day 1 I got picked up to the day I finished surgery. I feel I have been taken good care of and attended by family members the entire time. The hospital is modern and clean. The doctor is amazing. The staff are helpful and welcoming. They really care about your well being. Beto is my valet and he is taking very good care of me. I highly recommended this facility for people who are looking to do the surgery. Your life will be changed and you will have no regrets.
