Bill was very informative and helpful on getting things set up. The first day, Sal was great on our drive to the hospital. Once there, there wasn't much communication. So I didn't know what was going on. The hotel we stayed in was very nice. The next morning we were picked up by Fred and he was a great help though out our stay. Beto 'the dancing guy' was a great help also. The doctors and nurses were very nice and helpful. Overall a good experience for a surgery stay.

Beto was awesome took very care of me as well as all the doctors, nurses and staff. I recommend anyone to come. This is my second time around very clean nice and organized here.

This place is amazing, the nurses come right away when I need hers. The valets are awesome specially Beto and Salvador. I definitely recommend Hospital BC to anybody who needs this kind of procedure.

Hospital BC is fantastic! I was well taken care of: Beto, Fred, and Oscar were great for transporting me around and making sure my needs were met. Flor the nutritionist was super helpful in helping me understand the dos and don’ts in my diet both before and after my operation. Dr. Campos and Dr. Flores were both super nice and reassuring every step of the way. Dr. Ilan was great and really knows his stuff. Everything here was amazing and I had an outstanding experience!

This has been a great experience. I'm looking forward to the weight loss and health benefits.

Highly recommend this hospital. Such friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and great staff on premises. The hospital is clean and newly renovated. If you're considering gastric surgery, I wouldn't trust any other place than here in Tijuana.

My entire experience from the airport to the hotel to the hospital was top notch! I can't get over the excellent care I have received whole here. I will definitely rate this 100% better than any state side hospital I've ever been too. Can't wait to come back and have my plastics!!!! My son, Dalton, and I traveled here from Kentucky after the recommendation of a past patient. From the time we were picked up from the airport and throughout our entire stay we were treated with care and compassion. Fred and Beto made us feel as if we were there to wait on us hand and foot! The nurses were amazing as well. When we clicked the call button someone came in immediately. Dr. Ilian Fajil and Bill spoke to us like we were family. The facility was very clean and sterile. We never felt unsafe or afraid. No hesitation in recommending Hospital BC and the doctor to others!

After careful consideration I decided to have my gastric revision here at Hospital BC. I was treated with respect and friendly smiles from the moment I got here. I had an amazing experience here at HOSPITAL BC, from the driver Beto, to the nursing staff and to Dr.Jalil, everything was an A+. Everyone was so patient with me. I was nervous upon my arrival but speaking with and getting to know everyone quickly made all those thoughts disappear. I wish I could stay an extra day just because the service was so amazing. 1 day after my surgery I’m already feeling so much better. I’ve received so much education regarding my procedure and after care. I have no concerns once I leave back home to the states. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the time I got off the plane and Sal picked me up. I felt like I was at home. Sal helped me to my room at the hotel and explained what to expect the next morning and helped me order my clear liquid dinner…which was so tasty! Fred picked me up in the morning in bag and brought me to the hospital where I felt like I was family. Dr Illan and his staff are just wonderful. Surgery went well and everything was done to ensure I was comfortable. The nurses, X-ray techs, and support staff are all exceptional! Today is one day post op and I feel as good as expected. Beto has been wonderful and escorted me to the leak test and then brought me the liquid diet I could start on. They care about you and the your spirit/soul. You are not just a disease process. If anyone is on the fence about this…I will say DO IT! You have nothing to lose...

Hospital BC has been amazing. I researched the surgery for two years and researched many doctors in the area, but Hospital BC always came out on top! From start to finish my stay was wonderful. Our driver picked us up from the airport and told us a bit of history about Tijuana as we were traveling to the hospital. When we arrived at the hospital ALL the staff were kind and patient. The staff morning and night were extremely professional at all times. Beto was so kind in helping my spouse with food and places to go! He is your guy for all the things! Dr. Illan took his time explaining to me what would be happening each step of the way.

I am very happy to have chosen to take this walk in my health and look forward to getting my life back!!
