I came to hospital bc in Tijuana as a companion while my friend got her gastric sleeve done. The whole process was very smooth and straightforward. Very nice and clean facilities. The first night we stayed in a super nice hotel booking handled by hospital bc, within walking distance to a shopping mall which we enjoyed walking around! The staff is so kind and helpful. Sal was our driver who picked us up from the airport. Right away he made us feel safe and comfortable. Beto was our evening shift concierge. We really enjoyed talking with him and he’s always there to help with anything we needed. The surgeon was very informative and had a good energetic personality. There’s also a cafe located in the same courtyard as the hospital for people who are not getting surgery to eat. Everything I ordered was excellent! I can’t say enough good things about the team at hospital bc. From the initial consultation to the follow-up appointments, I felt like a person, not just a number. Dr. Jalil Illan took the time to answer all my questions and calm my nerves about the procedure. Their nutritionist and coordinator are also fantastic and really prepare you for the lifestyle changes needed for long-term success. The facility is clean, modern, and the bedside care was top-notch. I love my driver Sal, Luis, and of course our friend BETO! Thank you hospital bc!

I came to Hospital BC as a companion to my husband who was having a mini gastric bypass. The Hospital is clean and modern, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! They go out of their way to make sure both patients and their companions have all their needs met. I knew I could trust my husband with his care because I was a patient here six years ago and it was the best decision I could have made for my health. I'm very thankful for Hospital BC and all of it's staff.

I got the gastric bypass revision surgery yesterday at Hospital BC. Wow what a clean hospital. The whole journey so far has been easy and stress free. Not like in California. Thanks to transportation, staff, nurses and Doctors. They are always there to check on you and do it with compassion, empathy & a smile. Some of my favorites staff is Angel, Ruby and of course Beto! I love the jokes and laughs with them.

From the first point of contact and throughout my entire procedure, hospitalbc has exceeded my expectations. All the doctors and nurses and other staff made me feel so comfortable and kept me well informed. A special thanks to Beto who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

The hospital is very clean. Reminds me of any hospital in the states. While not everyone speaks English there is always someone to translate. Beto was very helpful in any stressful moments I had. His name tag says valet but he’s so much more. He checks on you. He comforts you. He brings anything you may need. He’s your go to. The staff stays on top of your pain. They don’t have too many patients at once.

My experience here was very good. Beto one of the employees here took my husband personally to get some tacos and that just really showed us how they not only took.care of me but my husband also. Sal the driver was there to put us up on time and was very friendly.

My experience at Hospital B.C has been amazing since I first contacted them. We met Beto the day we got here he is attentive and very well mannered. He made me an my husband feel very welcomed we are very please with him and his bedside manner. Hospital B.C his attentiveness is outstanding !!

My experience at this hospital has been so much more than I could have ever expected. Everyone was so nice and took such good care of me. Beto, Luis have been amazing taking care of all of mine and my family’s needs along with everyone from my coordinator, the receptionist, my nutritionist, my doctors, all the nurses, all the staff and even our personal drivers. Each person on every level has stopped by to check on me and make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely one of the best decisions choosing this hospital.

I had a great experience. From the drivers Sal and Beto were absolutely the best .and lets not forget about the rest of the hospital staff all were great from the hospital to the nurses and Dr illan.

All the staff at the hospital was amazing very helpful and professional, the coordinators where great Henry and beto helped so much... everyone I spoke before arriving I met and helped the entire time in person, the hospital is clean and honestly better and nicer than USA hospitals.

Hospital BC has been a great choice. They lived up to all the reviews i saw during my research. I got a VSG on yesterday 3/27/26. The hospital is clean and the staff are all very pleasant and welcoming. They were able to accomodate me and my companion and make us feel comfortable. The driver Jaziel made sure we made it safe and he was very knowledgeable about the area. Beto is the best!! He is always right on time with checking on us, helping my companion order uber eats, helping us with booking with the spa, etc. The nurses are attentive and cleaning crew is great too. I'm soo glad I Choose Hospital BC! If you are on the fence, look no further!!

I have had a wonderful experience here. The staff is amazing. Henry n Beto especially helpful and so accommodating. I was very nervous coming in but the staff her is so amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I waited 3 yrs for this and so glad I finally came. Hope to be back in time for mommy makeover also. One word. Phenomenal. From start to finish. The people, the environment and the care are outstanding. My coordinator Juan Carlos was super informative, and responsive when I had questions. The nursing staff, ....wow. Some of the most knowledgeable, kind, personable staff you'd ever find. However there was one person in particular that made my stay and experience one of a kind and that was BETO. Lolol trust me when I tell you that there isn't enough space here to sing his praises. Just one of the most amazing human beings you could ever meet. Down to the point where I was literally about to have a panic attack trying to get my compression socks on. Beto placed a hand on my shoulder said "We got this", hugged me and got on bended knee to get my compression socks on for me!! That man is a Godsend. Trust me when I say that you are in the very best of hands at Hospital BC.

Hospital BC is where you want to go to get your weight loss journey started from the staff and everyone in between has been great. Beto and his crew are there for you when you need them. Highly recommend them.
