Talk about great service. The gentlemen came to my mother's house and knocked out 2 rooms really fast and was very professional. Carpets looked great! Both guys were very courteous and friendly. I see why my mom has been using them for years. I look forward to using them in the future for any of my carpet cleaning needs and highly recommend them.

Jose was the carpet specialist that took care of my one bedroom and he did an excellent job! He took his time and efficiently cleaned our apartment all while being personable, professional, and friendly. He explained all the steps and what to expect after the cleaning was finished and made the experience very plesant. Thank you Jose!

I have used K&M steam cleaning on a couple of occasions. The most recent was a move out carpet clean. I was in a time crunch and would not be able to be present when they were there. They worked with my schedule and did a great job. I was given a quote and was told that once the cleaning crew arrived they would evaluate my carpets and if any additional treatments were needed they would call first. I knew that there were some areas of the carpet that were pretty dirty due to being in a high traffic area, So I automatically assumed that meant I was going to end up paying more than what I was quoted. Well, I was wrong! I never got a call requesting to perform additional services. I just simply got a call taking payment for the exact amount that I was quoted. I just got my carpet steam cleaned and I at first was skeptical about getting the stains out. But I was wrong, great guy mike and his partner did such a great job, definitely will recommend.

One of our doggies had a accident and we went straight to google found K&M. They were able to come out same day and get it taken care of. Technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 star service company. Our rug is back to brand new condition!

I've used K&M now for 3 years but today, they outdid their own always awesome job. The father son team, Eddie and Eddie Jr, blew my mind with the results and possibly saved me a couple thousand + in replacing carpets as I prepare to sell my home. They were extremely thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure every stain was addressed, even removed some wax from the carpet. I can't say enough but am beyond thankful. K&M and the "Eddies" were a blessing to me today.

3 words.....Fast, Friendly and Professional....ok, maybe a few more words....these guys are great. Our home is about 5 years old. We had about given up on our "builder's grade" carpet. We gave K&M a call. I could not believe the difference. The carpet looks like we moved in yesterday. Not only that, the difficult areas to clean (i.e. stairs) with all the stains and spots we had looks like new as well.

They are fairly priced as well. I would highly recommend them and have their number saved in my contact list.

Melinda says they are the best and that's good enough for me!
