Brandon showed up and was very professional and courteous. My wife had a few specific things she wanted done to the carpet and he was more than willing to help out. They were thorough and efficient! That is all i can ask for in a service related call. On top of that Brandon is an Army veteran who served in IRaq and I am grateful to meet those who served us overseas.

K & M Steam Cleaning is one of our favored vendors for 10+ years for our property management company. High quality work, fair pricing and an owner with very high integrity who stands by their work. We use them for carpet cleaning, carpet patching and power washing. They are terrific.

We have been using K&M for years and have always returned to them because the customer experience for us has always been great. They actually stand behind their work and care about what they do. They've worked hard to make our very well worn carpet look as good as possible. Good local folks and we'll continue to use their services.

The K & M team was on time and ready. Lead by Mario, they were able to drastically improve the carpet which was stained badly in some areas! The also cleaned the tile & grout making it look like new. I also used their Power Washing service on the outside of home, patio, driveway and sidewalk which gave it a clean and new look. Ready to put up the 'For Sale' sign. Great Job!!

K&M has patched 2 areas of carpet in my house and you can't even tell where the patches are. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them!

I was very happy with Brandon with K&M and the work he did. I had 5 area rugs that needed cleaning and pet treatment applied. Brandon and coworker were polite and professional and entire visit lasted about 3 hrs. Great work...very satisfied.

Michael and his helper at K&M did a great job getting my carpet clean and the high traffic areas look like new. This company is easy to work with and I was able to get them scheduled next day. I am looking forward to trying their tile cleaning service for my kitchen and bathrooms.

Brandon repaired two sections of my carpet that I thought were NOT repairable! He is amazing! I could not tell there was damage there after he was done! Then he cleaned the carpet and got all of my stains out! My carpet looks brand new! Very prompt, professional and reasonably priced!
