For my rental house, I was specifically looking for a company that provided steam cleaning of the carpets plus pet flea/enzyme treatment which was required by my landlord upon moving out. Colson and partner texted 1/2 hour before service window and arrived a few minutes early. They were polite and efficient; their measurements and pricing matched the estimate and they completed the cleaning quickly. The carpet we were thinking of replacing is like new and the cost of exchanging it has been saved.

Colton and David arrived within window and were very professional. Colton was up front about the cost of things that weren't standard (my hallway) and honest about whether or not a food coloring stain could be removed (food coloring is forever). This is the second time I've used K&M and I will continue!

This company abs the two gentleman that cleaned my carpets today were all incredible!!! They fit me in within a days notice, were incredibly professional and friendly, was ridiculously affordable, and did a terrific job! I loved this service so much I’ll be Cleaning my carpets with the. At least 2-3 times a year. It actually changed my perspective on having carpet.

We had two spots in the carpet dug up by our cats, they came on time, we’re polite professional, did exactly what they said they would do, in less time then estimated for exactly the price quoted. They also educated us on carpet storage to not lose color over time on extra carpet. Great service, quick, polite, and great follow through.

Colton was very kind and gave me grey info about keeping my carpet cleaned and what I can do afterwards to help. He was extremely professional. He was very fast, they were in and out in less than 2 hours.
