K&M Steam Cleaning

Highly recommended! They cleaned my pet destroyed carpet and made it look like new. They will replace the damaged carpet pad to help keep the carpet clean. They are super friendly and scheduling is very easy.

They did a great job! Prompt, fast, the carpet looks and smells clean, even difficult stains. Will definitely use them again.

K&M did a great move-out job on my house's carpet and tile floors. It's ready to be put on the market now.

On time and professional. Used for carpet stretching. Good value and happy with the work.

Isaac was great. Very effective service and very knowledgeable.

Excellent service, Issac and his colleague did a great job on all our carpets and they were very informative on options for pet odours and removing stubborn carpet stains and we were very happy with the end result.

They were nice to deal with. My only complaint is that there was a large coffee stain that didn’t get touched or doesn’t look like it did). They were there for 45 minutes which concerns me considering what we paid and the few stains that didn’t lighten up.

I love, K&M steam cleaning. We have been members for about 20 years and we have been please above and beyond with the service we’ve had. Today we had the manager Isaac and his partner, and we were totally pleased with the service we had with above and beyond our expectations. The service itself was excellent because they let us know in advance what time they would be here and then they called us and let us know when they were on their way that was very important for us.

Technicians were courteous and thorough. They confirmed the services requested before starting and completed the job quickly. They explained what to expect afterwards and seemed knowledgeable when answering questions. I will definitely be using them again.

Quick efficient service. Technicians extremely courteous.

They did the cleanup very quickly.

K & M is extremely professional. They aim to please with the best customer service you could ask for.
I would highly recommend them.

All staff was really friendly. Fast service. Mattress came out really great. Gave my son who's on a tight budget a great deal.

Great experience, we had some heavily used and musty carpet in several rooms (that included urine residue from potty training dogs) but walking in afterwards you could never tell - carpets smelled fresh and clean. William was really helpful on site and made the process extremely easy. I had to leave and gave them a key to lock up with no issues, would definitely use this service again.

We use K&M for everything with our business, they know what they're doing and don't charge and arm and a leg. Excellence and reliable expertise, thank you!

Team replaced an area of my carpet. Did a great job. Very satisfied!
