K & M came back out to clean the spots in my car they missed. I really appreciate the customer service given and desire to do the job right. Thank you!
I had them vacuum and steam clean the carpet and fabric seats in my car. They did an okay job. They missed steaming a few of the harder to reach spots underneath and on the sides of the front and passenger seats. I had to go vacuum again once they left because they didn’t do a very good job. The technicians were vapping while cleaning my car which I didn’t really appreciate. Also, the technician asked if I wanted disinfectant but failed to tell me it would be an additional $70. Thankfully, the owner refunded me the amount. Overall, it was okay.
