I love, K&M steam cleaning. We have been members for about 20 years and we have been please above and beyond with the service we’ve had. Today we had the manager Isaac and his partner, and we were totally pleased with the service we had with above and beyond our expectations. The service itself was excellent because they let us know in advance what time they would be here and then they called us and let us know when they were on their way that was very important for us.

Technicians were courteous and thorough. They confirmed the services requested before starting and completed the job quickly. They explained what to expect afterwards and seemed knowledgeable when answering questions. I will definitely be using them again.

Great experience, we had some heavily used and musty carpet in several rooms (that included urine residue from potty training dogs) but walking in afterwards you could never tell - carpets smelled fresh and clean. William was really helpful on site and made the process extremely easy. I had to leave and gave them a key to lock up with no issues, would definitely use this service again.

Great company to work with! Integrity is priceless. K&M sent a team out to check my dryer vent the same day I called. While they didn’t quite fix the issue that day they immediately came back out to fix the issue under warranty. They’re my new go-to service company.
