Mike and Jeremy did a great job. It was clean and efficient and they were very polite.

K&M folks promptly came by to rectify our issues, seemingly it was from a slight miscommunication on the previous job done where we were not posted with their work milestones. Long story short, issue stemmed from the usage of dark carpets where even slight dents and imperfections show up. They even went on to demonstrate the whole process in an area to prove their point that it was the nature of the carpet.

We had a great experience with K&M steam cleaning! It was a smooth process from scheduling to servicing. Michael (Mike) was a skilled technician and had great attention to detail.

The team was very polite and efficient, but they made some errors. They also apologized and made it right!

We had plenty of stains on the carpets and needed the carpet to be re-stretched. All rooms now look like they are new and this is 15yr old carpet. Michael and his helper were early to arrive, professional and wow, the results were fantastic.

The technicians were outstanding, and so thorough and efficient. They deserve a raise. Excellent service.

They always come at the appointed time and give notice when they are close. The cleaning is efficient but very thorough. My carpets look almost new!!!

I was so sure that our travertine tile floors in our main living area and kitchen were beyond restoration after years and years of neglect, high traffic, spills and scratches. Ken promised they could do it and did they deliver! The team was so professional and meticulous that I couldn't stop peeking on them to see the transformation take place in front of my very eyes. I hope I won't need them again for a while, but if I do, I know who to call! I am more than pleased and I would refer them to anyone

Cleaners were able to spot treat rug and sofa same day. Not the greatest value since they were here for only 10 min and charged $139. Other places charge $99 for 3 rooms!

Mike is very professional and thorough in doing his job . I have 5 rooms , stairs and hallway that need some good cleaning . He managed to remove some of the stains (like kids paint ). I am very happy about his work .
