I loved K&M Steam cleaning as they offer best customer service. I have been using their service for almost 15 years. Joshua and Mike did this time and they are best. It does not mean the others providers are not good but everyone is really helpful and courteous.

Isaac and his crew did an amazing job on our carpets today. I got a text letting me know they were on their way, they were on time, work hard, and got all the stains out of the carpet and it looks brand new. Every time we get our carpets cleaned, we wonder why it took us so long to do it because it makes such a difference! Thank you!

Isaac (and a guy I can’t recall, sorry) came. So respectful and walked me through the process and gave me options with pricing up front. Especially bc we have a cat. They did carpets on four rooms and a large area rug in living room. I was sure to move stuff before they came, but they helped move the couches. Looks great.
