Excellent customer service. Directly go to the point. They send me a message when they are on the way. They walk through with me to better understanding my expectations. Bernt and Tony are very professional. They locked my door after they left as I asked and their office contact to me immediately once the work is done and collect the bill. The whole processing is very smooth. I booked on line-next day they show up and have the work done! Excellent!!!!! Highly recommended.

K&M is a great company. We have used them several times before for carpet cleaning and rug cleaning and have always been pleased. Isaac was our technician, he was very professional and explained the process from beginning to end.

The guys were on time and did a wonderful job working around things they couldn’t move.
