We called Kim because we knew she had experience remodeling at least one townhome on our street and we really liked what she did and that she has a history of getting top dollar. She was full of knowledge, advice, and was so tuned in to the market. We ended up selling from out of state and in fact our remodel didn't begin until we moved. Kim and her team were great every step of the way! Not one ball was dropped from the start of renovation to cleaning service to closing. Kim was in very good about staying in touch and guiding us and she made the process incredibly easy. We are so glad we met you, Kim, If it had not been for you my brother would have gotten more over me than he did. He has to live with himself. If you ever see mom's house go on the market again, please let me know because I would love to see what has been done to it. I was going to stop by there one day and one of her neighbors told me that he thought it was a mom and daughter and they were very bitter and was always fussing with each other.

After using Kim and her team (including her referral for Allegiance Property Management) to rent our house while we were on assignment in London, we called on her again (three years later) to list and sell our house.
