We called Kim because we knew she had experience remodeling at least one townhome on our street and we really liked what she did and that she has a history of getting top dollar. She was full of knowledge, advice, and was so tuned in to the market. We ended up selling from out of state and in fact our remodel didn't begin until we moved. We are so glad we met you, Kim, If it had not been for you my brother would have gotten more over me than he did. He has to live with himself. Sometime when the world comes back to normal maybe we can meet up with you again, if it ever does. If you ever see mom's house go on the market again, please let me know because I would love to see what has been done to it. I was going to stop by there one day and one of her neighbors told me that he thought it was a mom and daughter and they were very bitter and was always fussing with each other.
