I got my tires swapped, ordered a new one beforehand (thanks to frequent tire slashing at the hospital parking lot where I work), plus an oil change and brake check, all done at Kia North Bay. The team got everything done the same day, but I had forgotten one of my tires at home. The Parts Manager, John, went out of his way to drive me home to pick it up, even though they were about to close that day. Excellent service!
