My experience at Kia North Bay was outstanding
Robyn was very very helpful and knowledgeable

Jim in service explained everything in detail …much appreciated

Only thing I’m still waiting on…is I requested the set of winter tires that came with the vehicle…..I still have not heard any feedback on that issue
Hoping that I’ll hear soon from the staff
