From Sales (James), Financing (Elysia-Marie) to delivery (James and Service Manager) my experience with Kia of North Bay was the best car buying experience I have had having purchased 5 brand new vehicles in my life. James did a great job working with me to find the right vehicle for my family and he did gave us a very an excellent tour of my vehicles features (including the Kia Connect app) and I felt very comfortable driving the car off the lot.

Elysia-Marie provided exceptional service in Financing. Offered honest and good advice about the financing details and additional warranty options. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. Elysia-Marie walked us through the paper work carefully and clearly making sure to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt comfortable asking any questions.

James and the Service Manager (my apologies for not getting his name) made sure my new vehicle was ready for pickup and even found WeatherTech mats in stock for me at my request. Unfortunately we all learned that the front mats for the 2025 Sorento Hybrids are different from the all gas model. But the Service Manager ordered the new set of front mats while I was there and is having shipped directly to my residence in the next three days.
