AMAZING!!!!!
Is what I tell people every time I tell them my story of purchasing my KIA from Robyn at Kia of North Bay! Robyn told me before I drove off in my Kia Sorento that they aren’t just selling cars they are selling experiences and man was she right! This was the BEST experience I have had in dealing with a sales person!!! She really cared about me and what I was looking for and most importantly needed. Now I know she is a sales person and that is her job that she gets paid to do but this, this was not that, she really IS (and I use is because our relationship is not over when I drive off the lot) invested in me as a customer. I know I can call anytime with anything from now until I am looking for my next Kia (which I will buy from her) and she will do what it takes to get done whatever needs to done! Robyn wasn’t the only amazing interaction I had at Kia of North Bay! Insert Elysia-Marie!!!!! Let me tell you all I have never loved a finance person when purchasing a vehicle, you go into their office thinking your payment is x amount and leave there paying way more. I admittedly told Robyn and Elysia-Marie that I HATE a finance person 😳 but that is no longer true!!!! Elysia-Marie has restored my faith in finance people!!!!!! Well actually I don’t know that, that’s 💯 a blanketed statement. I have 4000% trust in Elysia-Marie and will deal with her in purchasing all of my future vehicles! I have had a year of life changing experiences that were challenging and emotionally exhausting and the last thing I needed mentally was to deal with a finance person trying to swindle me into all the things and Elysia-Marie was just the person I needed for this job at this moment in my life! I didn’t just buy a car from Kia of North Bay I met two amazing human beings who really made me feel important (it was insanely busy in there that day) and not rushed, I wasn’t just one of the 80-100 people that walked through their door that day it was as if I was the only one in the dealership during our whole interaction! I could go on and on about with amazing, fantastic people at this dealership but if you don’t believe me or need your faith restored in car sales people go pay them a visit! Ask for Robyn and tell her Carla sent you!!
