KIA OF NORTH BAY

The staff at the Kia dealership are very knowledgeable when you ask questions! The customer service is amazing, incredibly nice people available to help you.All in all great place to get what your searching for :) satisfied with my visit 100%. I recommend going there first ! Ask for Tim, he was great!

Wonderful sales and service department. Always there to help and always very pleasant :)

These people really care about the person not just the car.

I had a wonderful experience. :) The staff were all very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here. They made everything easy for my husband and I (both first time car owners). So happy with our Kia Rondo. Ask for Thomas!!!

I live in Sudbury and bought my car here and I don't regret it. I can't say enough wonderful things about the service staff. They have been so accommodating and reasonable with me. I could take off points for my sales experience, but I still believe that dealership deserves a 5 star rating regardless.

Helpful friendly staff, great service department

Excellent service and sales staff

Thank goodness places like this exist! We bought a truck from Thomas at North Bay Kia two weeks ago and the experience was wonderful - amazing service, great price - the vehicle is flawless - we are thrilled - recommend highly!

Everyone at Kia North Bay makes the experience of purchasing a new vehicle so awesome!! Thanks to Thomas, Anthony, and detailers for my super awesome Sorento!!

They treated me like gold every time I had my older Sportage in the shop. Don't know what people are talking about when they say the five star ratings are not for service or if they complain about service ... They took such good care of my old Sportage that it is 10 years old and going strong. Just purchased my brand new Sportage as a second vehicle from them and love how they treated me. Great service, staff is amazing there. Always a smile and sense of humour from them. I treat people with respect and a smile when I go in there and it shows...they go the extra mile every time. Ask for John...he will find you what you are looking for in your price range...

Great Services and Great Price, always got a call back, when I left a Msg,

The salesman was quick to look into what I had asked for and was helpful in getting me a price I could afford. The whole team was polite and were great with my 6 year old daughter.
Thomas Ferris got me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I love my KIA!!

Just bought a car from them and they were GREAT! Melinda helped me from step one to now. If any issues came up she stepped in and helped as much as she could to get problems or issues resolved as soon as possible for me. Other sales people just want to make a sale, she wanted to find you a great deal!
Ask for Melinda...she is the best I've met!
