I like dealing with KIA because of the great service . Everyone's very,friendly
and always going out of there way to please me. That means alot to exspecially
with my busy schedule.

I had to attend Kia twice for the same issue. Turns out it was kinked supply tube for the window wash (front). The 2nd time I attended they provided me a brand new vehicle to drive, which I really appreciated. Service Manager (Mark) clearly cares about his customers.

Kia had fast service and cleaned my vehicle. Great day for me.

Great car dealership and a very friendly staff. Brought my vehicle in for service and they offered me a shuttle ride to a surrounding area but I stayed and looked at vehicles on the lot. They are very efficient and have awesome mecanics. Totally recommend everyone to give them a call for your next vehicle or service.

We have had our 2020 Kia Telluride for a month now. It has met all our expectations and more. The heads-up display is my favourite option. It is an extremely comfortable and quiet ride. We highly recommend this vehicle and the great people at Kia North Bay.

I get service at Kia because the price is right and the quality of work is great.

Just purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from Thomas Ferris @ Kia of North Bay! Could not have been treated better & even though Thomas happened to be a one man show the day my Husband & I were in he did not make us feel rushed! I would strongly suggest for anyone to go into North Bay Kia to purchase new or used! What a GREAT bunch of people from sales to service! Thanks Thomas & Susie - You both ROCK!!!

Good and fast service

Tom in service was fantastic, my moms motor ended up letting go just outside of powassan.Tom got us a tow truck to the dealership, had a new motor put in within a week under warranty. Great service, reasons like this is why Me and my Mother and Father all have Kia’s. Can’t beat the service!

This is my second vehicle that I have bought from KIA of North Bay and I am very happy with my new Sportage. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming when I came to see about trading in my vehicle.

KIA of North Bay arraigned to have my vehicle delivered to me since I live out of town and we’re very accommodating and worked around my work schedule to make it work.

I will definitely be back again when it comes time for my next vehicle!
