Top notch service as always, from booking my appointment to the shuttle service provided, I had a system upgrade and some minor service repairs and couldn’t be happier, all staff at KIA North Bay are super friendly and helpful was excited to see my dirty car came back to me sparkling clean !

I spent an entire day at kia North Bay while I was stranded because my vehicle, for lack of a better term, blew up. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. They even allowed my dog to hang out with me while I was set up with a new vehicle. Everyone from the service staff and management to my salesman Alex was absolutely incredible and I couldn't recommend kia of North Bay more.
