We just happened to drive through the lot casually looking. Thinking of my future purchase. Everyone was busy so Samantha came out to great us. She informed us that someone would be with us shortly but in the meantime she could show us the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable, opened the vehicle for us to see. We were very interested so she gathered some information and chatted with us until the Riley came out. We went for a test drive and decided we would buy the vehicle and trade our Buick. Riley was also very friendly and knowledgeable. We went for a test drive and decided to purchase. Everything was very quick and easy. Once we were satisfied with the deal he introduced us to Madison who went over warranty and financing options. Deal was very smooth, everyone was very friendly and professional and I love my new car 😌

It has been almost 2 mos. since we bought our “new to us” Kia Sorrento from Kia North Bay. This is our 3rd Sorrento so we obviously like the vehicle but were looking to upgrade to a newer model that could pull our small travel trailer.
Ayla was the first person we met as we walked through the door. It was a busy day there and she was obviously on her way somewhere but immediately stopped what she was doing and set out to answer all our questions about a model we’d seen on their website. She quickly organized an assessment of our trade-in and took us for a test drive. This was a significant upgrade for us and she was very knowledgeable about all the workings of the vehicle. She stayed in touch throughout the purchasing process, fielding questions and keeping us up to date. Excellent customer service!

My wife and I found out we’re expecting a baby, so we decided to trade in the truck for an SUV. We walked into North Bay KIA and Ayla greeted us right away. We asked to test drive a vehicle in the lot, and she had our truck appraised and us on the road in no time. We loved the SUV and were able to make a deal within 30 minutes of us showing up. Ayla also came in on her day off to show us all the features of our new SUV and followed up a couple days afterwards to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend!
