It has been almost 2 mos. since we bought our “new to us” Kia Sorrento from Kia North Bay. This is our 3rd Sorrento so we obviously like the vehicle but were looking to upgrade to a newer model that could pull our small travel trailer.
Ayla was the first person we met as we walked through the door. It was a busy day there and she was obviously on her way somewhere but immediately stopped what she was doing and set out to answer all our questions about a model we’d seen on their website. She quickly organized an assessment of our trade-in and took us for a test drive. This was a significant upgrade for us and she was very knowledgeable about all the workings of the vehicle. She stayed in touch throughout the purchasing process, fielding questions and keeping us up to date. Recommended appropriate things for my vehicle, good price on tire quote, and washed my car while it was in for an oil change. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were easy to talk to and answered all of my questions.

Excellent customer service!

My wife and I found out we’re expecting a baby, so we decided to trade in the truck for an SUV. We walked into North Bay KIA and Ayla greeted us right away. We asked to test drive a vehicle in the lot, and she had our truck appraised and us on the road in no time. We loved the SUV and were able to make a deal within 30 minutes of us showing up. Ayla also came in on her day off to show us all the features of our new SUV and followed up a couple days afterwards to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend!

After owning 2 Kia Sorento from Kia of North Bay, we were ready to part ways. The vehicles were great but the service, not so much. Last week, we got a call from Robyn in sales and we decided to give her a chance and go talk to her. Robyn was absolutely AMAZING and educated us on so much we didn't know.
