We had used Kanga Roof for some roof repair after noticing a leak inside the house. They were prompt, professional, helpful and most importantly fixed the issue the first time! This second engagement was for a completely new roof. From sales, to scheduling, to performing the work, to follow up, this company is second to none. The sales person, Craig, is truly exceptional. His knowledge, experience in roofing, low pressure style, confidence, and enthusiasm for roofs is truly unparalleled. Finding someone who truly knows their industry and is passionate about it is rare. The roof was completed on-time and is absolutely beautiful. We were ensured of the highest quality materials and warranty through education and paperwork provided. They made the payment for the roof easy for us. Where they really shine and differentiate themselves in my opinion, is after the sale. My experience has been that most sales people are very available during the sale, but afterwards, it is a little harder to reach them. Not the case with Kanga Roof. We had a few minor questions arise afterwards, and Craig not only repeatedly answered every call, or called back instantly if I received voicemail, but came over our house (on a Saturday) to help me solve a noise I heard in my oven venthood! Literally, a few granules had fallen in there, and he got them out for me and wiped it clean. It was obviously something I could have done myself, but he wouldn’t let me! That is only one of several examples where he went out of his way after the sale. Stacie and Scott Feller (the owners) clearly demonstrate that the company’s attention to detail, focus on quality and expertise and complete obsession with customer satisfaction is their culture, and it is like none I’ve seen. All of their personnel – anyone you interact with - is helpful, happy, responsive and professional. I would not consider any other company for your roofing needs!
