The KangaRoof crew were amazing. Wyatt kept us informed the entire day with aerial photos. The crew was great. They arrived early and prep the house and had the roof off within 2 hours. They work very hard throughout the day despite the 102 temperature. After they were finished they cleaned up the entire yard and went over it with a magnetic to get all the nails. They were in and out in a day and did an incredible job.

Supervisor Michael Trevino ensured that our roof was replaced on time and extra care was taken to ensure that our existing house and plants were not damaged. Roofing advisor Kyle Musselman did a good job assessing our damage, working with insurance, and recommending a suitable product.

From beginning to end everything was excellent

We had the pleasure of working with the team at Kanga Roof following the May hailstorm. Special shout out to Craig Urban, Hannah Hernandez, Michael Trevino and the entire team. They helped coordinate all of the other vendors involved in this project. We recommend without reservation.

We reached out to KangaRoof following some hail and wind that led us to file a home insurance claim. We had Andrew Vega come out, and he provided a thorough analysis about the state of our roof, and actually showed that it's in good condition and didn't need to be replaced. Unfortunately, due to our own lack of experience and misunderstanding of the insurance claim process, our claim was already "closed", which meant we couldn't go back and undo that step.

It was ultimately Andrew's honesty in giving us a report that would earn his company no money that led us to trust KangaRoof with our roof replacement. He came back to our home to walk us through the options, and we were scheduled within an hour for our repair.

I initially called due to a leak. My excellent advisor, Shane, identified that not only did I have the leak, but my entire roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage. He came to the house several times and on short notice to meet with the insurance adjuster and make sure everything went well, then walked me through the process. (As someone going through this for the first time, this was insanely helpful)

After that, the company did send a few guys out to prevent the leak using a tarp in the meantime, which was hugely appreciated.

A few weeks later, my install date happened. Wyatt and his team were incredible. They worked all day in the blazing heat and did a wonderful job. They sent pictures and gave me updates all day. They needed to come back to finish a small section of roof, which they did two days later.

Every year I have my roof inspected to make sure it’s up to par. Kanga Roof has been my go to roofing company every time! The employees are always polite and work hard to make sure you are satisfied. They are honest and professional and not just trying to make a sale. So far my roof has not needed replacing but when it does Kanga Roof will be who I call!

The stormy season this spring finally made my old roof kick the bucket and Kanga Roof helped me through the process with insurance. Craig Urban was my advisor and he was great, he even upgraded my 3 tab shingles to architectural shingles! Mike Trevino was my project supervisor and kept in constant communication with me. Hired Kanga to do a full roof replacement along with all of the vents and caps. They gave me an absolute wonderful price with set expectations. The crew that came out got the roof completed in one day. They took great care with my property and Landscaping. Wyatt F. was my project superintendent And did a great job. He communicated with me during the entire process going above and beyond. Craig was my salesman answered all of my questions, returned my phone calls promptly if I even had to call him, and made the process seamless. Affordable, trustworthy, and they do what they say.

The repair was scheduled right away, but I was nervous about waiting a few days due to the ongoing leak.

Matthew was a huge help in coming out to help fix the leak from our roof from these storms that last couple days. I've never had to call for a roofing issue before so the assistance that we received from Hanna, Cecilia, and Matthew have been nothing short of excellence!
