Had a great experience working with the entire team at Kanga on our roof replacement project. Craig initially came out and confirmed the roof did indeed need to be replaced. He made sure to be there also when our insurance estimator visited the property. The claim process with the office team was easy to work through, and when it came the day for the replacement of the roof, Wyatt who was our site super, made sure everything was dealt with. Get a Bid!

I had KangaRoof out to look at my roof after a hail storm. I asked for a bid numerous times, the salesman wouldn’t give me a bid. He told me they did the job for whatever the insurance paid. I got the insurance check gave it to KangaRoof along with my deductible up front . After signing contract and waiting three weeks I called them. Low and behold the insurance didn’t pay enough. Surprise surprise this is their game. They told me insurance under appreciated roof and I needed to dispute claim with insurance company. They actually have a person in the office with a job title of Insurance Supplement Director. I got two other bids while waiting on the supplement claim. If they won’t give you a bid call someone else there are plenty of quality companies out there.

Rodrigo and his crew arrived promptly at 7 am and within a few hours were making progress. Wyatt (the superintendent) came shortly after to make sure everything was going smoothly. From my first contact with Kangaroof, you could tell they were very professional. My first contact was Suzie. Outstanding attitude and personality. Suzie took great pride getting me to the correct individual in order to get the process underway. Peter estimater/ salesman was very prepared, He had all the necessary info for discussing my roof, took pictures of my roof to be included in his presentation.
