I had KangaRoof out to look at my roof after a hail storm. I asked for a bid numerous times, the salesman wouldn’t give me a bid. He told me they did the job for whatever the insurance paid. I got the insurance check gave it to KangaRoof along with my deductible up front . After signing contract and waiting three weeks I called them. Low and behold the insurance didn’t pay enough. Surprise surprise this is their game. They told me insurance under appreciated roof and I needed to dispute claim with insurance company. They actually have a person in the office with a job title of Insurance Supplement Director. I got two other bids while waiting on the supplement claim. If they won’t give you a bid call someone else there are plenty of quality companies out there.

We recently had to replace a 25-year old roof on the one and only home we've ever owned after noticing a small leak in one of our ceilings. 25 years of Texas hail storms and wind damage. We were expecting this to be a long and difficult process, with all of the issues associated with dealing with insurance companies and contractors.

Kanga Roof made all of those fears vanish. I've had more problems trying to get a windshield replaced on my car than we had replacing our entire roof (and window screens as well!). Peter, our roofing advisor, laid out all of the information we needed to make a decision. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and there were no surprises. No last minute mark-ups or anything. We paid exactly what we were told it would cost (which, incidentally, was simply the deductible on our homeowner's insurance).

Kanga provided exceptional service from beginning to end! We had a small leak over the front porch and Wyatt came to cover the area with a tarp until we were ready to replace the roof. Due to the condition of the roof (it needed to be replaced years ago), Kanga took care of us and moved us up on the schedule in preparation of the upcoming storms. The communication was top notch from Hanna and Wyatt. Letting us know when the materials would arrive and when the crew would start work. I will be using Kangaroof for all my future roof and gutter needs!

We met with a lot of different roofers but felt that Craig was absolutely the most upfront and honest. They are not the cheapest but truly amazing! Customer service is above and beyond, Cecelia is great! They did my roof in 2023 and just did my gutters this week. Cannot recommend highly enough!

It has been more than a pleasure to work with Kanga Roof. Kanga removed so much of the stress I was worried about getting a new roof. From the moment the first Kanga employee came out to look at my roof, he made me feel at ease that they were going to take care of me. Craig listened and was very patient. We had a suspected leak in our roof on a Saturday night. Used the website to request a service appointment. We received a call first thing Monday morning and had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday. Peter inspected the roof and attic. Luckily, it was not a roof leak. We have had our roof patched multiple times by KangaRoof and recently decided to do a complete roof replacement with them this spring. We consulted with Craig who was very informative and went over our options. Scheduling was easy once our materials are ordered.
