Kangaroof did an amazing job!! Thanks to Matt Southall for getting us started on the process and communicating with me the entire time, explaining all the steps! Hanna and Celia for helping me get scheduled and answering any questions I had. Superintendent Mike Trevino was here with the crew and kept me up to date with project, checked everything before they left. I highly recommended this company for roofing needs.

We recently hired KangaRoof Company for a full roof replacement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. Andrew Vega, the Roofing Advisor, clearly explained the scope of work, provided a fair and transparent estimate, and stuck to the timeline they promised. De’Andre Price, the Quality Assurance person was very respectful, patient and answered all of our questions. Both Andrew and De’Andre are great examples of customer service.

The crew worked efficiently and kept the work area clean throughout the project. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and the quality of materials used. They even took the time to check in during the process and answered all my questions patiently.

I initially called due to a leak. My excellent advisor, Shane, identified that not only did I have the leak, but my entire roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage. He came to the house several times and on short notice to meet with the insurance adjuster and make sure everything went well, then walked me through the process. (As someone going through this for the first time, this was insanely helpful)

After that, the company did send a few guys out to prevent the leak using a tarp in the meantime, which was hugely appreciated.

A few weeks later, my install date happened. Wyatt and his team were incredible. They worked all day in the blazing heat and did a wonderful job. They sent pictures and gave me updates all day. They needed to come back to finish a small section of roof, which they did two days later.

Every year I have my roof inspected to make sure it’s up to par. Kanga Roof has been my go to roofing company every time! The employees are always polite and work hard to make sure you are satisfied. They are honest and professional and not just trying to make a sale. So far my roof has not needed replacing but when it does Kanga Roof will be who I call!

The stormy season this spring finally made my old roof kick the bucket and Kanga Roof helped me through the process with insurance. Craig Urban was my advisor and he was great, he even upgraded my 3 tab shingles to architectural shingles! Mike Trevino was my project supervisor and kept in constant communication with me. Hired Kanga to do a full roof replacement along with all of the vents and caps. They gave me an absolute wonderful price with set expectations. The crew that came out got the roof completed in one day. They took great care with my property and Landscaping. Wyatt F. was my project superintendent And did a great job. Matthew was a huge help in coming out to help fix the leak from our roof from these storms that last couple days. I've never had to call for a roofing issue before so the assistance that we received from Hanna, Cecilia, and Matthew have been nothing short of excellence! The whole experience was very satisfactory. Advisor Peter Trierweiler made working with insurance to replace my roof as painless as possible. Superintendent Wyatt Foust was great to work with during construction. Wyatt communicated through out the day with texts and pic's and was on-site often.

Peter T was timely and honest with my roof inspection. He was very friendly to talk and gave good advice on related questions that I had for him. I’ve used Kangaroof in the past and would use them again.

Kanga replaced our roof damaged from the recent hail damage in the area. Andrew from Sales came out and provided a thorough estimate of the damage. He was present and worked with our insurance company, State Farm's IA to make certain all damages were properly recorded. Kanga worked with State Farm on details of damages to be addressed.
Once the work order was signed and few weeks later, the work started. Received clear communication on what we needed to do to get ready for the roof replacement. Gutters were removed one day, materials delivered and roof was replaced within couple of days.
It was amazing to see the roofers taking off old damaged shingles and replacing with new ones. But, also making sure our property was carefully handled including post roofing cleanup.

Kangaroof did some roof repairs on our building for our business and replaced the roof for our home, damaged by hail. They did an excellent job coordinating with the insurance companies. Follow through and communication was great. What was most surprising is that our home was completed in one day, unlike others in our neighborhood that took days! It was also very windy that day and I appreciate that they checked with neighbors on either side to address any possible debris in their yards.

The workers were great and did their best to pick up any debris or nails.
