This was such a great experience! Not only do I have a beautiful new roof but they were respectful and cleaned up their entire mess and protected anything I had close to my house . Scale of 1-10 I give 11 . 5 stars to De’Andre Price for keeping me informed and checking everything was done to the highest standards. I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, and beyond, they have been amazing. First, Andrew came and inspected the roof, found we were under ventilated, and prepared a detailed quote with multiple choices.

Once we had made our decision, the date was set, and the crew was promptly at our home to begin work. The work was done professionally, and they were proactive in preventing damage to things such as my AC unit. And when things were wrapped up, they cleaned up extremely well.

Now for the most impressive part. We had rolled half of our cost into a loan with a solar company. Said company did not pay out to KangaRoof in a timely manner, and Keelie with their billing department reached out to me. I was hesitant to go with Kanga Roof initially because their price was higher than other roofers and we had to pay the entire cost out of pocket. However, Kyle, worked hard to price match and we were very happy with the price and the service he offered. D'Andre was our project manager and I couldn't have been more pleased. We have a large roof and it should have taken 2 days. However, there was a storm due after the first day and D'Andre brought a crew who made sure to get it done in one day. D'Andre even gave me his arm to help me walk around to inspect the work at the end of the day (I have mobility issues). The superintendent, De'Andre was exceptional. We were very impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, speed, and kindness. The other gentlemen that came to work on our roof today worked extremely hard and focused to get the job done in a timely manner. The entire crew removed and installed our roof in one day to guarantee we were protected before tomorrow's storms. We had a question or two on how KangaRoof measures their quality and they were very quick to send an office manager out to our house to discuss it with us. Can’t say enough about this whole process. Kyle Musselman was a fantastic sales guy. He didn’t just sell us a roof. He made sure we knew all the options, what they meant and why we would or wouldn’t choose them. Office staff very communicative every step of the way. Construction day couldn’t have gone smoother. Wyatt Foust, our Production supervisor kept us informed all day. Took plenty of pictures so we could see the progress and he and the super crew left our yard, driveway and sidewalks better than when they arrived. Somehow our furnace flue pipe became disconnected from our roof and the entire Kanga Roof staff was helpful in getting the issue resolved. Kanga Roof was able to deliver a high quality installation in one day. The arrived early worked diligently throughout the day and I woke the next morning to a premium installation sitting on top of my house. What a difference replacing a 25 year old roof makes to the overall asthetics of your home. We choose a 40 year hail resistant roof and the color is like a charcoal tri color. KangaRoof just replaced my roof 2 days ago. I know I might be bias because I work at this company but I want to share my experience and give big kudos to De’Andre (superintendent).
The roofing crew arrived early in the morning, they did not bother us at all, they waited until the sun was out to start working and be respectful of all my neighbors. De’Andre communicated with me at least 4 times during the day, one of those times was to let me know that they had found 2 small issues (decking needed to be replaced), pointed where and explained to me what they were doing to correct them.
During the removal of the old shingles, the were 2 crew members picking up the trash constantly and by the end of the day they had cleaned all around my house.
