From the moment I contacted KangaRoof for an inspection of my roof, I have been pleased with the attenion to detail. Peter Trieweiler went way above and beyond in helping me through the process.
I must also give a shoutout to Tristan, the crew chief who managed what appeared to me as a huge crew early on a Sunday morning (postponed from a rainy Thursday). The entire process took 5 hours start to finish (I have a small uncomplicated roof).

Kanga Roof provides a great product and great support. This is a GREAT business. I have used them for roof maintenance and replacements on 4 different roofs through the years. They do not try to upsell for a new roof if you don't need it. With Kanga Roof, I have had them document and show me my roofs are still good, some have only needed repairs, and some have needed full replacement from hail. My Advisor, Kyle Musselman, has guided me on solutions to provide the best roofing solution (roof OK vs. repair vs. replace). He's also there to help me with my insurance company of 25 years which seems to become more difficult to work with. And working with the insurance companies is another area where Kanga Roof shines. I have used Kanga Roof four times now for different projects – and that pretty much says it all. The Superintendent for this job was Wyatt Foust and he was excellent. He explained exactly what would happen and when. The crew was amazing. They went right to work, and were quiet and respectful of the property. KR markets themselves as top notch company and for me I just didn't see it. Friendly, positive helpful people no questions, but I felt that I was managing my own account from beginning to end. Even at the work site I had to tell the workers (or try to), I was to get ridge vents on the garage as they didn't know but it was on the paperwork. Calls were made. The onsite supervisor was on site for maybe 15 minutes while work was being done. The quality of work looks good. Cleanup was great. My salesperson was great. paying the bill was great. But lack of communication and a clear timeline before, during and after of the project was lacking. What the company thinks they have is not what I experienced. Read more >

My experience could have been a nightmare, but KangaRoof made sure it wasn't. We were selling our house and the hail storm hit while we were under contract. Insurance dragged their feet and would only pay a portion of the damage, not a full replacement. Stacie and her team at KangaRoof worked with our insurance and got a re-inspection done and wanted to have one of their site superintendents there to help identify areas of damage that would necessitate a full replacement. Surprise, the inspector showed up two hours early and Kanga scrambled like the bosses they are and sent Scott (owner) to my house to ensure the work was done correctly. Is there enough space here to write about how amazing this company is? I'll try. We loved working with Kangaroof and specifically Craig Urban. From the initial response time, all the way through the end of the project Craig was transparent and reachable. He always explained everything in clear terms and helped us make the most of an insurance claim. The roofers on the install day were nice as could be and managed to get the entirety of our roof replaced despite having to pause for an unexpected shower. They even fixed some siding on an upper part of our house where the roof connects as we were worried about leakage. We're happy to have the peace of mind knowing our roof was installed to the highest quality standards and the warranty isn't that bad either.
