Had a great experience working with the entire team at Kanga on our roof replacement project. Craig initially came out and confirmed the roof did indeed need to be replaced. He made sure to be there also when our insurance estimator visited the property. The claim process with the office team was easy to work through, and when it came the day for the replacement of the roof, Wyatt who was our site super, made sure everything was dealt with. They brought two crews and were done in a day, which really pleased us. Very happy with the whole process and definitely would recommend.

Great work, and great service. We were expecting a baby right when we found out our roof was damaged from a storm. These guys went out of their way to make sure it was complete before our baby arrived. Payden and Keelie were particularly pleasant to deal with. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Rodrigo and his crew arrived promptly at 7 am and within a few hours were making progress. Wyatt (the superintendent) came shortly after to make sure everything was going smoothly. I ran a few errands and when I returned the roof was almost complete. The attention to detail was phenomenal !! The crew made sure that all the trash was picked up as well as all the nails . From my first contact with Kangaroof, you could tell they were very professional. My first contact was Suzie. Outstanding attitude and personality. Suzie took great pride getting me to the correct individual in order to get the process underway. Peter estimater/ salesman was very prepared, He had all the necessary info for discussing my roof, took pictures of my roof to be included in his presentation. He also found items the insurance adjuster missed and had the insurance estimate corrected to reflect the change.
