I felt very good talking to each person at this company, from the nice lady on the phone, to Austin for giving me a reasonable quote, to Tom for doing a superb job of the repair. I also had a chimney problem which stemmed from an incorrect re-roofing in 2009 (the company that did the roof is now out of business). Please know, not every roofing company is willing to tackle a chimney...these guys did without hesitation, and they did it correctly. I am telling you, ask to have Tom do your work. I'm never quick to give a 5 star review but Feller Roofing has most definitely earned it. They replaced the roof on our first house and did a fantastic job at a great price. When we moved to another house, they came out and fixed a leak above the front porch. Again, fantastic job. They showed up a day early, successfully repaired the leak and replaced the rotted siding, trim, and plywood. They painted these areas to match the rest of the houses perfectly. Very impressed with this company. Danielle on the phone was very professional with me on the phone and persistent in getting my chimney leak serviced.I can't remember the guy's name who did the inspection troubleshooting finding the leak, but he did a great job. Kevin did a great job as well coming on a Saturday repairing and fixing the leak. Highly recommend this company.Good and professional people. If you have ever had a bad experience with a roofer you will appreciate Feller Roofing. Being new to the Round Rock area, I researched roofers for several hours and its scarey some of the tails, but you will not find a bad review on this company. It was worth my effort. Jason came came out to see my damage to the roof and gutters after a tree fell on my house.Their roof work was quick and the repair was expertly done. Jason explained why I was having so much trouble with my gutters (builder installed) wrong size and not angled properly. The gutters were replaced, Austin and his brother Zack did the work and showed me the wood damage that was the result of neglect and insufficient water flow. High winds ripped a number of shingles from my roof. I asked around and Feller came up more than once as THE company for roof repairs. They came out, quoted the job and quickly fixed my roof before a storm could cause water damage. It looks like a brand new roof again. We were in need of someone to fix our leaking roof. Having dealt with multiple companies for various other projects, I was finding out that most people aren't reliable in this business. I decided to ask people in my church and was introduced to Scott. I liked him immediately and he agreed to take a look. He gave me all sorts of tips and tricks to help me with fixing the interior of my home.
