It all started with a man behind me at the gas station buying my cup of coffee. When we went outside I thanked him and he handed a business card to me and said when you need a roof please call me. Since that day Denny has guided and been there every step of the way with our new roof process. The team has worked with us on our installation schedule which changed a couple time, helped deal with our insurance company which has been frustrating and installing a great new roof that our neighbors and we love! Just days before closing on the sell of our home the heavy winds caught a few shingles and sent them down the street. Scott quickly went into action and got his team scheduled for repair before the closing. I have no doubt these repairs will be 100x's better than the original installation done before we owned the home. During a Kanga Roof installation for one of my good customers, there was an unfortunate accident.

While on top of the house, one of the Kanga roofer's nail guns punctured a hole into the AC copper lines below the roof deck.

This was not Kanga Roof's fault! When the house was built, the AC freon lines were secured too close to the roof decking in the attic space.

The reason for this positive review is simple.

Mistakes happen all the time. Regardless of who is at fault, mistakes just happen!
