The receptionist by the name of Wyndi has a bubbly personality. Upon calling, she insured us that someone would be out on a certain date and time. The technician Josh came out on time and assess the situation and assured he will be taken care of it promptly. Josh even made us laugh a bit.

I called Kanga after a leak in my roof and they were able to come out to look at my roof a couple days later. Josh called when he was on his way and I got a text with his photo and bio. I thought that was a nice touch! Josh told me my roof was in excellent condition and found where he felt the water was coming through and sealed it up with sealant. He said if I see any further damage, call him and he will be right back out. I work for State Farm and after this excellent service I asked him to send me his business cards so I could refer my clients to him. I am always looking for honest companies and I would recommend Kanga to my clients, friends and family!

The presentation given by Craig was by far the most complete of any of the other estimates that I had. The up close/detailed photos of my roof helped to explain exactly what had happened and what would be needed.
The estimate, explaining the different choices as to quality of the actual shingle and the length of warranties, along with actual samples of the shingles, made it much easier for me to make a decision. And above all, the price was right in line with the other estimates! It was a "no brainer" to have Kangaroo be my roofer of choice.

Kanga Roof was terrific. I would not hesitate to use them again. They will be getting my referrals to other Realtors.

Kanga Roof replaced the roof on my large 20' gazebo (remove cedar shingles, add new plywood decking, and finish with composite architectural shingles to match the house roof). Overall the project went well. There were 2 points where there was the opportunity for dissatisfaction (decking material and cupola), but we worked through them together.

Absolutely love my new roof. I’m pleased with my decision to upgrade a tad bit to Architectural. Replacement was done in one day! Very pleased with roof and with the quick financing process too.

I had a roof leak in my kitchen after the recent rains, and researched roofing companies for service. I called Kanga Roof and they setup an appointment for me at the earliest time after the rain had cleared.

Craig Urban came out to assess the situation. He was prompt and very thorough on the inspection, took pictures of the affected areas, and was outstanding with his explanation and overview of the job at hand.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Kanga Roof to repair my home in Hutto. Although everything was coordinated by phone, and I did not able to physically meet with anyone or watch the work, it was completed very well, on time, and as estimated. It's nice to know there are still companies out there that can be trusted to do a good job as a basic way of doing business.

From the first call with Kelly, the experience has been amazing!!! We are in the process of buying a house and needed our roof inspected based on an inspector report. Craig, our roofing advisor, was who they sent out!!! Craig was very thorough and professional throughout the entire inspection process. He broke down the cost by giving us options to choose from. Kanga Roof did a great job assessing my roof's condition, handled the subsequent repairs fantastically well, and were proactive in following up on my questions afterwards. Will definitely be giving them a call again when I need more work done.

Only thing that could have been better was the process of setting up the work being a little clunky- I had to print out a form that was emailed to me, sign it, scan it, send it back to them, then call their office with my credit card info. We have technology to handle all of this securely online now!
