They connected me with a contact, the contact called me to schedule, they followed up with an appointment reminder, Peter called when he was in the way, and he was on time. After inspection of the roof, Peter took the time to explain everything to me and even tied a wire to the attic door for easier access. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. We replaced an 18 year old roof today and I'm so glad we went with Kangaroof. I met with 4 other companies and decided to go with Kangaroof due to Craig's attention to detail and straight forward approach. Everything went exactly as Craig said in our first meeting. Wyatt, the Roofing Superintendent, reached out before the scheduled install to make sure we were prepared. His crew showed up on-time, placed tarps all around our house, completely covered our pool, and had our new roof installed by late afternoon. Wyatt stayed onsite and sent me updates and pictures from the roof so I could see some hidden damage. Wyatt also pointed me in the right direction to fix a slanted HVAC vent before they sealed it up around the new shingles. The new roof looks great. I highly recommend Kangaroof, Craig, and Wyatt!

We had KangoRoof out to do a repair on our roof, several of our shingles had blown up/off during a recent high wind day. The guys showed up right on time and knocked out the work very quickly. Communicated when finished and showed us the work and all was very thorough and professional. Love their work and will definitely continue to use them for our roof repair needs.

Wyatt was the on-site Superintendent for our roof replacement. His knowledge guided by experience was clearly evident during the complete process. Wyatt was patient with my many questions. He was also thorough in details, as he found an potential issue with the position of our hot water heater, that unless addressed could have caused a serious plumbing issue. We have had several weather related repairs done by them. Each time, they responded quickly, repaired our roof, and it was reasonably priced. This last time, we needed a tarp because it was forecast to rain the next day. Mike and Wyatt came out the same day we called and covered our roof with the tarp. We highly recommend them.

After the recent front came through with high wind, several of my ridge lines had the shingles blown off my roof. I called Kanga Thursday afternoon and they sent out Michael and Wyatt on Friday morning to put down some tarps before they could get to an inspection the next week. Instead, they guys determined my roof was in good shape and just replaced the shingles on the spot since they had them in the truck. This is not your typical roofing company. Outstanding experience. Kanga replaced our roof prior to placing it on the market. Buyer’s home inspector identified a flaw in hot water tank exhaust ventilation. One phone call a they had a team dispatched to correct the issue and followed up to ensure all repairs addressed the inspectors concerns. Of course, all under the stress of meeting tight closing date ñ timelines. We had Kanga replace our roof recently, the experience was very good, Kyle was the representative that took care of us and Michael Trevino was the superintendent on the day of replacement.
The service we got from both of them was above and beyond anything I have seen so far from contractors, the were extremely helpful, answered all our questions fully. I would definitely recommend speaking to them if you need reliable roof people.

Kyle - came this morning and was so courteous and friendly. He tried to find the leak over my porch, using a hose when it was so cold outside. He couldn't find one and didn't charge me anything. You don't find that very often.

Kanga Roof is the Best! Our Technician, De'Andre Price was not only professional, promtpt and explained everything. He also, found a screen on the exterior of the dryer vent that had not been removed and quite possibly saved us from a fire in the vent. Great service and highly recomment!
