When I lived in Austin, Peter Trierweiler, The Roof Dude, replaced my roof and it was a great experience. I moved to Montana a year ago and we got a hail storm this last summer. I was concerned the company I hired up here to do my roof was cutting some corners, so I called peter after not having spoken with him in almost 2 years. Not only did he answer the phone, but spent nearly an hour going over photos and manufacturer specs with me to ensure I was not getting ripped off or wronged by the company I hired. I typically don’t write reviews but I have to give a huge thumbs up to Don at Kanga Roof. His communication and service were beyond 5 stars. He went out of his way to inspect and repair my roof and gave me a detailed breakdown of the required repairs and why they needed to be done. Most of all he was honest which goes a long way with me. Here in Austin you have to pay special attention to your roof with our hail storms. I won’t use anyone but Kanga roof—and hopefully I’ll get Don every time!!! Read more >

I have a roof that's over 12 years old and was concerned about hail damage from this past May. Logan came out to the house to do an inspection. Not only was he on time, he called 10 minutes before just to let me know he was on his way. He was very thorough and took his time looking over the roof. Ultimately he told me the roof was in good shape. He was honest and said it did not need to be replaced. I loved the fact that I was not being pressured to replace just for a sale and a company profit. Even without getting the roof replaced, as a courtesy, he sealed some of the vents that were not properly caulked by the last roofing company. From start to finish, the experience with Kanga Roof has been nothing short of impressive. When I called, the woman at the office was so friendly, it really made quite an impact. My appointment today was with Matt. Matt called me to let me know he was running early and asked if that would be alright. I've never had someone call to let me know they were running early, so this was a great surprise!
when Matt arrived, he was extremely professional and listened to my concerns. He evaluated the trouble area, tested the area, and informed me that he did not see any issues with the roof or gutters. While he was here, he asked if he could do a roof inspection. while he was on the roof, he found no issues with the roof and told me that I was good for a few more years.
