Evolve Health Medicine

I started with Evolve Health Medicine (EHM) in June 2026, so still fairly new. What attracted me to the program was that it focused on the root-cause, not just addressing symptoms. During my initial consultation with Dr. Erika, she asked probing questions to get an understanding of my health concerns. Based on this, she ordered specific blood work and tests to analyze the digestive tract. What I specifically appreciated was that during the follow up session to discuss the results, every area was thoroughly explained; nothing was glossed over. She even focused on improving some areas that the test results classified as “within range”.

An Open Letter to Dr. Erika and team

I will admit, I was somewhat skeptical when I attended your workshop and still when I first came to your office and we met one on one. What I focused on was that large jar of old prescription pill bottles sitting next to Kayla and thought "Well, wouldn't it be wonderful to get rid of all my prescriptions and dump them in that "work of art" in your office! Still, feeling awful from recently being diagnosed with an auto-immune, inflammatory dis-ease, I was exhausted from running from new doctor to new doctor and just not wanting to get out of bed in the morning. Everyone who knows me, always called me the "every ready bunny" cause I was always on the go! - Well, this really hit me and I thought I had tried everything.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ericka's since August and I can't believe the difference her system has made for me. I suffer from 3 autoimmune diagnosis and right now, my psoriasis is so under control that my dermatologist and I have decided to push back my next biologic injection. I also, can't say enough positive things about the team. I had an unexpected and pleasant visit with Dr. Ericka when I was sick with a cold. "This program has helped me achieve more health than any other program/diet I have completed. While this is a program, to me it's not. It's a lifestyle to keep getting great health and stamina to face the days ahead. I have learned more about myself and how foods affect me, more than I have ever realized before. Very grateful I took a chance on a doctor I found on the internet! All of the doctors I saw in person (5!!) couldn't fix my skin issue and GI issue. Less than 1 month on this program, my skin is 90% better! I honestly was skeptical. But of course deep down I knew that eating better was a key. But nobody ever took me by the hand and showed me how. This program is expensive, but honest to God, it works. Avoiding eating sugar, dairy, gluten, etc is hard, but in the end finding which foods are actually making you sick is WORTH it. I also got rid of my brain fog, which I didnt even realize I had because it was such a constant for so many years.

Dr. Erika goes above and beyond when you need it! She is so knowledgeable and attentive. My health coaches have been awesome. There is so much information available for personal growth and healing. The classes are very informative and well presented. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

Dr. Jurasits was my primary physician for over a decade prior to her establishing the Integrative Wellness practice. Now, just as then, she offers intense and individualized, compassionate, kind, care and support. I honestly started to really feel well after working with Dr. Jurasits, through her current practice for the very first time. Understanding and developing a wellness plan with her has made all the difference!

I have been with integrative Healing wellness for 7 weeks. I have already been taken off two of my insulin medications. My joints are not in pain like they use to be. I feel great and have my energy back. I know that I have lowered my blood pressure and hope to be of my blood pressure medication soon. I found Dr. Erica through Instagram. Her message was one that included her personal struggle with weight loss and so I knew that she would be the kind of doctor who could relate to me. Even though I have always consistently exercised and used an app to count calories and my macros I was not getting the results I wanted. Yes, I would lose 3 -5 pounds in 2 months, but it was too slow and way too much time spent on the app.
