Very grateful I took a chance on a doctor I found on the internet! All of the doctors I saw in person (5!!) couldn't fix my skin issue and GI issue. Less than 1 month on this program, my skin is 90% better! I honestly was skeptical. But of course deep down I knew that eating better was a key. But nobody ever took me by the hand and showed me how. This program is expensive, but honest to God, it works. Avoiding eating sugar, dairy, gluten, etc is hard, but in the end finding which foods are actually making you sick is WORTH it. I also got rid of my brain fog, which I didnt even realize I had because it was such a constant for so many years.

I have been on the program for over 5 months and I couldn’t be happier. You have to trust the process, be honest with yourself and the staff and know only if you do what is required would you receive the best outcome.

Since beginning my wellness journey with Integrative Healing Wellness I have noticed a tremendous improvement in my health. My joints aren't as stiff and I feel more energized throughout the day. My allergies have also improved, and I've even lost some extra weight. I'm so glad I decided to try this program! At first I thought this wasn't going to work for me, but it has and I'm so glad I decided to make a change and begin my journey to a healthier me!

Dr. Erika goes above and beyond when you need it! She is so knowledgeable and attentive. My health coaches have been awesome. There is so much information available for personal growth and healing. The classes are very informative and well presented. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

Dr. Jurasits was my primary physician for over a decade prior to her establishing the Integrative Wellness practice. Now, just as then, she offers intense and individualized, compassionate, kind, care and support. I honestly started to really feel well after working with Dr. Jurasits, through her current practice for the very first time. Understanding and developing a wellness plan with her has made all the difference!

I have been with integrative Healing wellness for 7 weeks. I have already been taken off two of my insulin medications. My joints are not in pain like they use to be. I feel great and have my energy back. I know that I have lowered my blood pressure and hope to be of my blood pressure medication soon. Integrative Healing has done an excellent job in educating me on my health. I'm looking forward to the rest of the months that I have with them, can't wait to see how much better I'm going to feel and I will have the tools to move forward to a much healthier life style.

90 days ago I went to visit a friend and her young family. They had a neighborhood parade that was about a mile long. I agreed to join them in the parade but I struggled to walk that mile. I found Dr. Erica through Instagram. Her message was one that included her personal struggle with weight loss and so I knew that she would be the kind of doctor who could relate to me. I joined the IHW program back in May of 2022. I came in overweight, with menstruations issues (very infrequent), skin issues, a long list of red flags in my bloodwork and a laundry list of other issues. I learned step-by-step how to eat healthier, which had a direct result on conquering my migraines and reducing my inflammation. I lost 20 pounds of extra weight. I learned which exercises would be best suited to me for my own personal issues. I'm still working on my energy levels, but have definitely noticed an improvement.

Over the previous year I drew a line in the sand and made a decision to do better for me! I did some research and found Dr. Erika and her team; and boy am I glad I did! IHW team worked on me, inside and out.

I made significant changes in my diet and my daily routines to repair me. The support the IHW team is overwhelming; they are laser focused on ME! By way of keeping me on track with my goals or picking me back up if I veered off my wellness journey. I am a healthier and better person and still remain on my wellness journey and have the support of the IHW team.

I've been struggling with a host of medical challenges over the past several years. My Internist wanted to put me on maintenance drugs which had long term side effects. I found Dr. Jurasits through a friend and this experience has been wonderful for me. She addressed the root of my disease through diet and natural alternatives. I have now been with her for over two years and have made a complete lifestyle change. I am so much happier and stronger. She has given me the support and accountability I needed. I am in my fourth week and LOVE it...already feel a difference ridding my diet of the garbage that I ate my whole life. The support is beyond phenomenal and the staff is truly awesome.
