After checking my old sump pump they decided to excavate deeper and install a new pump and new exit pipe for discharge. The 2 man crew was on site for 1.5 days- I thought would take 3 days. I can’t say enough about Jim and the guys from Integra-Clean! They were immediately responsive to a pretty serious water/mold issue we had and did an amazing job of helping us through the process. I bought a property with a crawlspace. Previous owner had attempted to keep the crawlspace, dry by installing a sump pump and waterproofing plastic through another company. Those efforts failed and were inefficient. Since the house breathes from the basement up, the house smelled like mold. I would not have known this had it not been for the thorough explanation Integra offered while answering all of my questions and spending over an hour on the phone with me. Integra came out in the heat of summer and removed the failed system, installed a much better product and sump pump system, along with mold remediation. We had moisture issues in the basement of a house we just purchased. After a good rain water was seeping in some areas and ruined New drywall and even after new gutters, and dehumidifiers after a soaking rain water would seep in through some areas and pool on the floor. We had looked at some options and contractors before we settled on Integra-Clean and their Trek system. Scott, Alex, and the whole team were the nicest group I've ever worked with. They recommended which I can best describe as an interior sealed french drain system with sump pump that goes along the inside walls and under the pad. So glad we called Integra. When our basement flooded, the team responded immediately to the emergency. Every team member, from the initial phone call to the gentlemen that worked on our home, has been consistently responsive, professional, and great to work with. They very quickly assessed the situation and addressed the problem. Carpets,, tile, drywall, etc were all neatly removed as needed and the basement was filled with equipment in no time to dry everything out and eliminate any potential danger of mold. We felt very confident that our family was in great hands and all precautions were being taken to keep everyone safe.

They gave us prompt service and due to their timely and professional clean up, we avoided any additional damage or mold in our home. The company from the owner down to the onsite technicians were professional, caring and knowledgeable in all aspects of this work. After the clean up and drying of our property they assisted in working directly with our insurance company to ensure that every detail and cost was properly addressed.
