Integra-Clean&Dry did amazing work cleaning up a basement waste water flood we recently had. Not only that, they were beyond patient with us on paying their invoice, as we went back and forth with our insurance company.

I had a flooded cellar from an unknown cause. I found Integraclean on Google. They came within 2 hours to give me an estimate & started the work the next day. Long story short the water company was responsible and sent their own company to finish the work. Although Integra didn't get to do the whole job I was very impressed with their quickness and the work that they did do. They are wonderful at keeping in touch and answer questions quickly. I am definitely keeping their business card in my pile of cards for businesses I would absolutely use again. I highly recommend!

I live in a pretty old house, built in 1865. The basement walls are stone and it has had flooding for years, even before me. There was a French drain but the exterior pipe cracked and the flooding got really bad. I hired Intergra-Clean & Dry and they did an incredible Job. I haven't had any water in my basement and it has been a few months since they did the work. They also scoped the perimeter and added an extra layer of output as my basement/garage is multiple levels. I also think after the water proofing my heat bill has gone down as well, which is a nice bonus. I want to end this review with their professionalism. They were organized, always on time and walked me through the process every single day. They left my basement better than when they arrived. They helped remove old rotted door, old rotted shelving around the walls and left my basement spotless.

We recently used Integra to remediate some mold in our attic and crawl space. From our first contact through to the end of the project, we were incredibly impressed with the caliber of their communication, the level of detail and specificity in their scope-of-work proposal, their professionalism, and the quality of their work. Towards the end of our project we had a plumber visit because the Integra team located a leaky pipe in the crawl space that we never would have known about without their attention to detail; the plumber made a point of noting that their work was very high quality and looked great. I highly recommend this company. They are highly professional, helpful, clean, and offer very reasonable prices. My basement had a leak that caused water damage and mold. They identified the source of the leak and provided a solution. They took their time to dry out the area and left their machines running until they fixed the solution and eliminated the smell of water damage. These hardworking men are truly exceptional.

We had a bat issue in our farmhouse attic for many years and then a roof leak that we didn't know about for quite some time. We hired Integra-Clean & Dry to completely clean out all the old insulation and bat guano and remediate any mold found. It was a massive undertaking. I recently noticed some mold on the upstairs ceilings in two rooms probably due to a leaky roof, and also some areas in the kitchen. The quality of air in our home became so bad that members of my family suffered some breathing difficulties and had to resort to using inhalers due to the allergen/mold exposure.
Upon completion of work the air quality was 100 times better. No inhalers needed!
Everything that was going to be done for the remediation was explained to me in detail and all of my questions were answered.
The job was completed in a timely fashion as planned. All of the items including some furniture and rugs were removed as per my instruction.
The house even had a pleasant scent upon entering.

Amazing ! Scott did an amazing job not only with cleaning out our moldy garage/basement, but the actual finished work made my mouth drop. These guys are super professional, responsive, and efficient. They did the work in a timely matter and now the humidity in our cabin is low and the air quality is 100 percent better. We breathe way better. 10/10 recommend!

Great people to be around

I recently called Integra-Clean for services for water remediation due to a sprinkler head burst on an early Saturday morning (1:30am) thorough their answering service. Jim called back promptly and I was in need to start the clean-up that morning so our operations would not be impacted. Integra-Clean assembled a crew quickly and were able to remove all water and clean up very efficiently to where we were able to resume operations without any disruption. GREAT JOB AND WELL DONE!

Had our electric hot water heater blow, flooding our laundry room and part of the rest of our finished basement. Managed to turn off main water valve and called Integra the next day. They came and started the cleanup the very same day! A lot of work as we had a floating insulated floor which had to be pulled up. The guys worked tirelessly. Integra worked with our insurance company and and continuously kept me in the loop with great communications. Highly recommend these guys!

Integra-clean was so easy to work with. They were responsive and informative about the cause of my minor mold issue, which was at the apex of the living room cathedral ceiling. From the initial meeting from Scott who answered every question I had and the technicians Tommy and Alex who conducted the mold remediation over 2 days and Ken who installed our Attic fan everyone was very professional and left the workspace spotless.
