Integra-clean was so easy to work with. They were responsive and informative about the cause of my minor mold issue, which was at the apex of the living room cathedral ceiling. The technician who performed the work was thorough and careful. He also made helpful suggestions about how to prevent the issue from occurring again. From the initial meeting from Scott who answered every question I had and the technicians Tommy and Alex who conducted the mold remediation over 2 days and Ken who installed our Attic fan everyone was very professional and left the workspace spotless. After checking my old sump pump they decided to excavate deeper and install a new pump and new exit pipe for discharge. The 2 man crew was on site for 1.5 days- I thought would take 3 days. They explained the process, got to work- had plastic to cover everything. They were efficient, friendly, and did a great job.

I can’t say enough about Jim and the guys from Integra-Clean! They were immediately responsive to a pretty serious water/mold issue we had and did an amazing job of helping us through the process. Work was done quickly, cleanly, and thoroughly and everyone from Jim, to the guys that came, to the office staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Jim went above and beyond to help us with our insurance claims as well. I wish I could give 10 stars, definitely recommend!

Integra-Clean just finished waterproofing my basement. After having a disastrous experience with another company who left me completely hanging and in total chaos, I had nothing but excellent experience with this company. Scott, the owner, immediately assured me that he can take care of all the issues I had in my basement and true to his words, his stuff did just that. After our basement flooded during a recent storm, Integra Cleaning Services came out and remedied the situation. They were pleasant and very professional. Fantastic job

I bought a property with a crawlspace. Previous owner had attempted to keep the crawlspace, dry by installing a sump pump and waterproofing plastic through another company. Those efforts failed and were inefficient. Since the house breathes from the basement up, the house smelled like mold. I would not have known this had it not been for the thorough explanation Integra offered while answering all of my questions and spending over an hour on the phone with me. Integra came out in the heat of summer and removed the failed system, installed a much better product and sump pump system, along with mold remediation. My crawlspace is now completely dry and their work is guaranteed for life. I am very happy with their performance, products, service, professionalism, and customer service.

We had moisture issues in the basement of a house we just purchased. After a good rain water was seeping in some areas and ruined New drywall and even after new gutters, and dehumidifiers after a soaking rain water would seep in through some areas and pool on the floor. We had looked at some options and contractors before we settled on Integra-Clean and their Trek system. Scott, Alex, and the whole team were the nicest group I've ever worked with. They recommended which I can best describe as an interior sealed french drain system with sump pump that goes along the inside walls and under the pad. We had gross green and gray mold that infested our house--- it was everywhere in almost every room. I thought we would lose a lot of furniture and have the hassle of replacing it.
