I had the pleasure of working with Tyler and Cassidy.
Owned a house that I rented out to a family member. Short story don't rent to family members because they don't pay rent and think they can live there free. I decided to sell and couldn't afford the repairs. Tyler came and walked threw it even with smelly rotten potatoes in the back hallway, made and offer. Well it was a little low for me. We hashed it out and signed a contract that day. When the finale walk threw was done, I was ready to cry. They had left more than what we expected. Tyler was very sympathetic. He even helped pick up some of the garbage while waiting for a co-worker. Thank you.
Cassidy also kept in contact with me. There was a hiccup with closing. Was going to be pushed out 2-3 weeks. She got right on it and ended up only pushing it out 1 day.

Closing went well it was short & numbers were correct.
One item that would have been appreciated would
have been to receive a copy of the Seller's closing statement
prior to closing so I could have reviewed it rather than waiting
until the time of closing for my first opportunity to view it.

Selling our house was so easy. We met Tyler at the house and was offered a fair price and signed paperwork. After that it was a simple inspection and we were done. We were so happy not to have to go through a realtor, spending months fixing, painting and showing the home. All we did was remove property and it was ready to go.
