IBuyWI, is the greatest company if you want to sell your home with no hasselat all. We called them and Jerret Parker came to our home and looked at both houses and gave us an offer for both houses. Jerret is very professional, efficient and friendly, when we met him it was like we knew him for a long time. Jerret was very helpful when we were looking for places to rent , hewould check them out for us so we would not get scammed. He was so very helpful and was always available to us. I would give him more than 5 stars.

Great process, and good offer! I 'might' have gotten more by listing my larger building online, but then I would have to pay huge realtor's commissions. So it all made sense, and the offer was very good. I had my building over 20 years, so Joey had to do a 'long extraction' to get me to let go of it. But the deal was right, the integrity of the company was solid, and the process was smooth. Vanessa picked up some of my concerns right before closing and was super helpful too. Definitely a 5-star process, and I would use them again and again!

Five stars! With how much I had on my plate and losing my husband, it was hard, but the whole process with Page and Vanessa talking with me, helped me through it. It was bittersweet, but it was good to say goodbye to the house. A new family can go in and enjoy the house that we did for 39 years.
