Great process, and good offer! I 'might' have gotten more by listing my larger building online, but then I would have to pay huge realtor's commissions. So it all made sense, and the offer was very good. I had my building over 20 years, so Joey had to do a 'long extraction' to get me to let go of it. But the deal was right, the integrity of the company was solid, and the process was smooth. Vanessa picked up some of my concerns right before closing and was super helpful too. Definitely a 5-star process, and I would use them again and again!
