We recently sold our house in Baileys Harbor, Door County to Fox Cities Home Buyers and the experience could not have been better. Cory Reyment approached us to see if we were interested in selling. As luck would have it, we were preparing to list with a real estate broker. I admit to being skeptical that he could offer us a price we would accept. I told him any offer must be "as it" with no contingencies or other conditions. The offer he made was generous and he accepted our terms with the exception of an inspection and we agreed he'd have 15 days to accomplish this. He was satisfied with the inspection and we closed in a matter of a few weeks. We paid nothing in the way of fees for any of the other inspections or terms.
