Very straightforward and smooth process from first meeting to closing. We agreed on seller financing terms of my short term vacation rental house in Fish Creek, Door County. A big part of the agreement offer on their part was all the furniture, beds, furnishings and household items needed for vacation renting could be left in the house as is. This was a great relief since I no longer had use for most everything and did not want to move and pack these items. Closing went well it was short & numbers were correct.
One item that would have been appreciated would
have been to receive a copy of the Seller's closing statement
prior to closing so I could have reviewed it rather than waiting
until the time of closing for my first opportunity to view it.
