We bought the house in Green Bay by Lambeau Field as an investment property. End of January we evicted the tenant and they wrecked the place. They were supposed to buy the house and it kept getting put off. It was costing me to hang on to it. Fox Cities Home Buyers reached out to me and was willing to help me get them out. I’m in Gillet in winter and they’re trashing the place in Green Bay. It scared me to not know if pipes were freezing. Just wanted to be done. After I signed the contract with Fox Cities Home Buyers, a pipe burst and Zach found when he walked in!! Zach and the team took care of everything and still bought the house. Corey will walk you through every step very easily. The property needed more money than I was willing to put into it. Due to health reasons, I was not ready to invest more time, energy and money.
