For a first time seller, it was nice having house buyers respond to all my questions immediately. They make selling a home very easy and stress free. The offer I received was very fair and I would use them again for any other future properties.

I'm so glad I decided to use the services of House Buyers Of America and grateful for their help in getting a fair price for my house after my husband died. Every occasion I had to speak to or email anyone there, they were quick to respond and always personable. On the day Matthew came to spend the day to evaluate my house, I was in full grief and stressed out mode. I didn't want anyone in the house that day. But Matthew turned out to be just a lovely person and all my apprehension melted away. I was sad to see him leave! I recently found myself in a situation that was extremely stressful and very hard to handle due to underlying circumstances.

Ms. Shilling was the singular source of accurate information, advice, kindness, and patience (even well after hours!) We can’t speak more highly about Amanda!

I received a letter in the mail from House Buyers of America, Inc. and decided to give them a call to see what the process would be selling the home "as-is". I was contacted by John, and we had a really good initial conversation. He said he would be able to meet me at the house the next time I was in town in a few weeks. Fast forward... John met me at the house, and we talked a little more. I gave him a price that I felt I could live with and not feel like I was leaving a lot of money on the table by trying to remodel and sell it myself. Worked with the title company and closed within 30 days (remote). The entire process was extremely easy!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that...
